
TheirStack has been great to work with, mainly because their communication is really strong. I can text Christian and Xoel on Slack anytime, and they’re always super responsive whether it’s an issue we run into or a new use case we want to talk through.
Their APIs have also been very stable. We’ve been using them for over a year and haven’t had any major issues. Any minor issues we did have were handled well, Christian and Xoel always communicated clearly, gave us a resolution date, kept us updated, and provided solutions quickly.

The only thing I’d say is I wish the product was a bit more customized to our use case. Right now, it feels more like a generic API offering, and we’d definitely like to see more data that’s tailored to our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
