The two items I wish would be better at the Hoth are (1) the ease of use of my Dashboard at their website when looking at my various client projects there. It's improved over the years and it still has a ways to go. The second item is (2) the stats and reporting are a bit shallow and inflexible. It was when there was a billing mistake on TheHoth's behalf and it wasn't corrected for a few months and they expected me to foot the bill. I'm sorry but it's your mistake. Own it.

If there is anything, it may be the pricing but I understand why. Its the margins that we need to make for ourselves in order to gain new clients. They pay considerably more if they go elsewhere, so its worth it. I would say it is fair. Just forces us to find quality, vetted clients that have the budget to go the distance. The Technical Site Audit Report from HOTH is an in-depth evaluation of the current status of the website. I was eager to see these results and well pleased with the layout of the information. It is very detailed yet intuitive. This should give a good basis for setting a plan of action for improving function and visibility. The report offers extensive material and direction. It is a good tool to assist in prioritization of what needs to be done to the company a better reach across the local marketplace.
