What do you like best about theCRM?

CRM is easy to acces to everyone. Very accessble to other devices. When i find our clients, its easy to fall out. I always use this CRM everyday. This is the best tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theCRM?

What do you like best about theCRM?

I like about the CRM software and it very helpful in tracking the customer data this also allows me to keep track teams activity in one place and it is very time saving and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theCRM?

I didn't find any dislike about this sofware it is very easy to integrate and i like the way when we can enquiry about the products, data for all customers through it is cleary easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about theCRM?

When I was first introduced to this CRM system the company was using the "least worse" option to meet the unique company requirements. theCRM team seamlessly implemented the product, but more importantly, we were able to adapt the program specifically to meet the needs of the business, which meant we no longer needed to make do and find workarounds but could move forward with a fully integrated system into the heart of the companies day to ay business.

The whole system was developed and integrated from concept to implementation in less than 3 months hitting a tight timeline that would have had catastrophic if missed. The fact that there is no hierarchy or primacy to the data makes this CRM useful for all types of applications and extremely intuitive to use.

I was so impressed by the capability of the product in combination with the service, that when I moved business' I immediately implemented the system within the company's structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theCRM?

I am always nervous about stating there is not an issue with a product, but in reality, it archives everything it needed to in both installations I have been involved with. Typically the tiny idiosyncrasies are a consequence of the browser, not the system.

What do you like best about theCRM?

The fact that you can link anything to anything. If you have a complex route to market that involves a range of influencers it is the only system that I have found that can simply cope with that> I also felt during design and implementation phase that CRM UK understood my business needs and was able to quickly translate this to custom features that make the system very useful. What do you like best about theCRM?

I use theCRM as a third party business consultant for my clients. Currently 2 Clients are using the software. My role in supporting them is to provide strategic support for their sales and marketing departments.

In my own experience of CRM, this is the most logical option I have worked with. My clients love it, their users love it and the team at CRM-UK are always a real pleasure to engage with.

If you have tried to tailor a CRM in the past, to fit your own Sales Processes, you may have had to create some workarounds. Not with theCRM, it is so agile and appears to have been developed with business need as well as user requirement as the critical factors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theCRM?

There is very little to dislike. It does what it should for the Business. It does what it should for the strategists, and it definitely does what it should for the users.
