What do you like best about The Stone Edge Order Manager?

The Order Manager has incredibly robust features for a very low price point. The fact that it's open-source code makes it indefinitely flexible. This does everything needed for a typical e-commerce business or retail store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Stone Edge Order Manager?

It's so capable that sometimes that means the learning curve can be pretty steep. It's recommended that you have the company train you at first so you can get up and running very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about The Stone Edge Order Manager?

Best bang for the buck complete e-commerce order management solution, hands down. The workflow and customizability are just not available at this price. I've used Stone Edge since 2007 in production and with my client accounts. Coupled with Quickbooks (local) it can run your entire e-commerce business completely and comprehensively with auto inventory reordering, bulk drop shipping, and automated order processing/printing. I still haven't come across an order management solution that was built so thoughtfully with a built-in roadmap for crawl, walk, run in regards to order processing.

It has a built-in shipping service price shopper which helps keep fulfillment costs down and delivery on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Stone Edge Order Manager?

It runs locally so it's not on the cloud. Support is hit or miss and you have to push them to get help. There are other 3rd party resources for support though. It does require an intermediate-level software nerd of some kind to set it up properly and it's worth it. I've seen client's set it up really poorly. They end up not using 90% of the awesome features that are key to running an SMB or Enterprise level e-commerce business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stone Edge offers one of the better solutions as an OM/IM for an SMB. Stone Edge price point can't be touched, and out of the box has a lot of features that don't require much doctoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
