First, cost. I appreciate the transparency and competitive rates. Second, I can trust that each Starter has been vetted by a human, versus an algorithm. So much of marketing is an art that I wouldn't feel comfortable without that level of human proof. Additionally, when I need an individual or skillset that isn't currently on-platform, The Starters team will conduct a bespoke search for that person. I love the mix of self-server and white glove.
