**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

One of the things that is most helpful about The Predictive Index is that it helps us to ensure that the right people are utilized in the right positions. We also use it in finding the right candidates for specific roles.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

The employees of The Predictive Index are very helpful, but what we like least is that there are additional fees for a deeper dive into training.  I am sure there are more potential usages on unlock if you go down this path but at the current time it is a large investment.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to identify the best candidates and avoid mis-hires.

Being able to utilize it for hiring talent, matching candidates to best Job fit and retention of current employees for growth.

The only downside, is Hiring Managers not utilizing the PI in the way it was intended.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

I love that it helps us understand someone and how they interact with others. When we have an employee conflict, it's a tool we can use to understand more why two people may not get along. I also appreciate how it aligns someone's score to a job target so we can see if their attributes are a good fit.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

I feel like it can be easy to manipulate the results. I understand it's the test takers choice to be honest, but sometimes even honesty cannot be easy to fit into a category. I, for example, only marked 6 on my test because that's the minimum it said to put, so our PI person informed me that me putting so little could make it less accurate.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped us with our retention and putting the right person in the position. This has benefited us becauuse we have less turnover and an easier way to assess candidates.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

My role is a coach and I support teams with culture and development. The PI tool has been excellent in bringing teams together. I've used this tool with leadership teams and frontline staff. It is very accurate and allows teams to understand team dynamics while also uncovering personal insights. From a customer service viewpoint, this in turn brings our teams together as one, to work better together and provide great service to our customers. I really love this tool - the insights, the fun, the learning and the highlighting of development areas, with great recommendations on how to close these gaps. It's easy to use, the tools provided within PI are simple to implement. I use this tool often and I've seen great team development and positive culture shifts as a result. Customer support is also fantastic, the team is always available to help.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

There are genuinely no downsides for me.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Predictive Index has helped us create team cohesion and build self awareness, which in turn shows an upturn in building a positive team and organisational culture. This also leads to staff retention.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

The Predictive Index gives us a lot of insight into the candidates that we are considering as well as the current employees that we have. I love that we can do team insights to determine where we may have gaps in the team and use that to focus on our next hire. The one to one relationship guides are extrememly helpful for both the manager and employee or between employee and employee. We have had better communication between and within our teams. Our leadership team, managers, employees and candidates have expressed how much they like the PI.Using the PI has really helped us in hiring the right people for the positions we have and we have seen less turnover since using the PI as a tool in our hiring process. The PI is so easy to use, but gives us so much information about people. I've used a number of "personality tests" in my 20+ years and nothing has been more beneficial in helping us understand one another than the PI. It's a wonderful tool that we are so glad we adopted. In addition, the training I received to be the administrator of the PI for the organization far exceeded my expectations and I feel confident when I talk to our people about it! The customer service from the PI team has been great as well, they have been timely and thorough whenever we've had questions. It is hard to find a company that has the ability to respond so quickly. Overall, I don't think there is a better option out there for our organization than the PI.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

There have not been any downsides to our organization since we began using the PI. I've not found anything that I dislike.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Predictive Index has solved a lot of miscommunication issues that we have had. We are now having more collaboration between people who in the past couldn't or wouldn't understand one another. Once we provide 1:1 relationship guides, we see people changing the way they interact one another and we have been able to get faster with our work.

Predictive Index helps individuals learn more about themselves and identify ways to self manage or become a better human.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

Getting employees to take the assesment is sometimes challenging.  If I send a bulk message witha a link and ask them to enter thier own information, they don't automatically receive the results.  (Maybe this is user error.)  So, I've been individually adding the person.  Then, they get an email from Predictive Index insead of an internal one and many think it is spam.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Predicitve Index helps individuals get to know themselves better and also understand their team better.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

One of the most helpful things about the PI is its versatility. I use the PI as an executive coach to help my clients understand themselves better, appreciate and articulate their strengths, and discover areas they would like to improve. The areas that the PI measures always contribute to useful and deep conversations with my clients. The Team Map capability is an excellent tool that I frequently use in Team Coaching. It is great at helping new Team Members join the team and creates a safe space for important conversations on working styles.  I also like the Relationship Report, which many of my clients find helpful when they are preparing to meet someone new they want to make a good impression on or when they are preparing for a difficult conversation. The Relationship Report is one of the most useful tools that the PI offers.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

I would love to see the ability to run the Relationship Report with more than two people. As an executive coach, that would be something I would find extremely useful as sometimes my clients are working through difficult communication issues with two people instead of just one other person.

The main problems that the PI helps us solve are communication problems, difficult conversations, and trouble gaining greater participation on teams.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

PI helps to determine the behavioral and cognitive fit for target jobs within your organization. There are many great things about PI but my favorite is the Management Strategies guide. The Management Strategies guide gives managers and supervisors inside information on the best ways to manage their people as individuals.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

The least helpful thing about PI is that it takes a little bit to convince people that it actually works. It would be great to have some "internal marketing" info to send out through the organization as we roll it out.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PI is helping us to identify potential turnover problems before they even start. Just by the nature of the system, you'll be able to decide if a person fits behaviorally just by looking at their profile. The system is helping us to determine if our employees are in the right seat on the bus (so to say). It's also helping us to identify associates that may have the wrong perception of how they should act in the workplace, or if someone may be a flight risk because they are spending a lot of energy modifying their natural behavior to fit into a position.

Incredibly easy to administer and very accurate when applied to those who take the survey.

I worry about the labeling as words can mean so much to so many people. But not a major detractor. Labels create convenience.

It has helped with onboarding and general management practices for those who have participated. It has contributed to the assessment process (thereby improving retention).

For the admin user, the site is very well laid out. The dashboard is intuitive, easy to use and organized.

Predictive indexing people is something I am still unconvinced of as a neurodivergent person myself.

My owners are too absorbed in detials - the PI gives them something to focus that energy on during recruitment.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

As a Recruiter, I can't express how much PI has helped in our recruitment processes. The interview and management guides are excellent tools for hiring managers, especially those with small teams that don't interview or hire frequently. Additionally, we love using PI to analyze fit and diversity within our teams.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

In recruitment processes, it's easy to just check the job match score and discard candidates based on that rate. Candidates are much more than an assessment, and using PI wisely has become my goal. As a Recruiter - and someone who was trained by PI - I have taken it upon myself to ensure we are making the best use of it, not solely relying on one or two resources to form our opinion.

The level of insight, guidance, support, and patience he has coupled with  a fantastic level of professionalism and attitude make us look forward to every opportunity to work together. The insight provided by the PI reporting enables our team to communicate and support each other better as well.

My own personal learning curve and the time I have to allocate to really utilizing the PI program to the fullest is the only negative aspect to PI. I do wish we were able to create more departmental teams as we are limited to 3 but have more than 3 departmental teams.

I like the facts that we can log all our teams PI result and analyze how they are likely towork together.

I have nothing to complain, i believe this system is very effective to grasp who we have in front of us and adapt  the management/recuitment style accordinlgy.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

The 1:1 relationship guides, especially the ability to see specific words/phrases to use or avoid. Gives colleagues a cheat sheet for working efficiently with their peers and hacks the natural timeline of hanging out during lunches and after meetings. This is especially useful for new employees or managers.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

A lot of the focus in trainings is about specific platforms we may not currently use. Would like to be able to opt out of them.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a new staff person joins our department, they are most likely remote or hybrid. It can take a while for them to figure out their peers if they are not geographically nearby. The PI helps managers also know how to manage to the individuals instead of assuming a one style fits all approach.

I love being able to pull up the dashboard and see the charts and reports on myslef and coworkers.  it allows me to understand myself and them better as well as evaluate the diversity of the organization as a whole.  Understanding people is a key to success!

Nothing that I can think of.  I have found it to be user friendly and very informative.

Social interactions and conflict resolution are the keys to me.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

I love the accuracy of the Predictive Index.  It's a great way to help others and your business by knowing how people operate compared to you.  The mixing of personalities can either set you and your business up to be the best you can be, or it can tear you and your business apart from the inside out.  It's not a personality set up about good and bad traits, it's about giving you knowledge to work within a person's personality, as a whole, effectively.  It's also insiteful for the individual, it can open ones eyes to some fantastic self-awareness.  The program itself was easy to utilize and easy to integrate with our current recruiting software and we utilized all on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

The only complaint that I have regarding the Perdictive Index is that my company hasn't taken it to the next level yet.  It's such a powerful tool.

I have found the PI to be an incredibly useful tool in my leadership tool box. I especially love the interview guides for candidates and the relationship guides that provide insight into how to better navigate relationships with specific colleagues. It's not the only tool I use, but it's definitely one of the most frequently used as we've been able to integrate it into our workplace quite easily.

Not all of the features are intuitive and it takes a bit of time to really understand how best to utilize some aspects of it. However meeting with our consultant and being guided in its use a bit more was incredibly helpful and has given me more confidence in interpreting PI results.

Using the PI has really been helping to improve interpersonal relationships in the workplace as people are encouraged to seek to understand other people before making rash decisions. This is particularly true of management learning better to lead and manage individuals who might not be performing as well as expected.

The Predictive Index has been a vital tool for the various departments at our school in onboarding the right candidate to fit in with the culture of their department. We use it with every job applicant. Understanding a candidates behavioral profile has helped us onboard candidates that are both qualified and fit the dynamics of department.The variety of tools with PI are easy to use and useful for managers to better understand their employees and resolve conflict that may arise.

We use Paycom for applicant tracking and as our HRIS and at the moment, PI does not intergrate with Paycom. Having this feature would greatly assist in our applicant tracking process.

It digitally measures the level of engagement and also the levels of disengagement with regards to the Job, Manager, Team and company Culture and create action plans that have an extremely high level of success because these solutions have been tried and proven in every culture in the world and we have had some very smart people build our product based on hundreds of years of Behavioral Science.  It's easy to use and very visual.  The simplicity can sometimes lead users to be confused about the depth and use of the tool itself.

**What do you like best about The Predictive Index?**

You get to understand people before actually meeting them.  You can figure out how to communicate effectively.

**What do you dislike about The Predictive Index?**

Some people who might be qualified for job, may not fit job profile.

**What problems is The Predictive Index solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would hire lots of machinist for manufacturing.  Some would work out some would not.  But since we have been using PI, the majority are happying with working here.
