Increasing brand awareness for candidates/job seekers rather than just potential customers of our product Better recognition when talking to new applicants Ability to show culture and values and employee testimonials on an additional resource outside of our own website to a larger audience Looking at analytics and reporting is very important to our company especially in talent acquisition to determine how the job seeking population is interacting with us, if we are as visible as we would like to be, and if our content is reaching the right demographics in terms of job openings and locations Highlighting specific managers give the candidates an opportunity to see who they might actually report to if they joined the company and this helps with retention as it is important to get as much information exchanged as possible between a hiring manager and potential applicant to make sure two people can work together well and would be a good fit for the team, so additional insight into the personalities of managers is useful for anyone concerned about what type of organization or culture they would be joining Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We have built out a very robust page that provides a lot of great insight to our culture, our people, our onboarding program and most importantly our core values. We originally used The Muse as an ATS system however I don't think that is its intended purposes as it's not built out nearly as well others. I wish there was an easier way to manage inbound candidates versus just Archiving. I wish their Content pieces were a little more customized and higher quality- some of them are what we would consider 'very basic' content/how-tos/guidelines.
