What problems is The Job Sauce solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had a great experience with Erin and Scott throughout the entire recruiting process. Despite some hiccups and delays on the part of the hiring company (through no fault of The Job Sauce), Erin kept me informed every step of the way. She made sure all my questions were answered and clearly outlined the next steps in an organized manner. Erin and Scott were fully invested in the process, responding promptly to any questions I had and quickly finding answers when needed. They made the entire experience smooth and seamless.
