What problems is The Job Sauce solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was hired into my last company through TJS. I really appreciated the straightforward approach TJS leveraged. I felt heard when expressing what I wanted in a company. They were also honest and direct with the opportunities and my potential fit for them. They were supportive through the hiring process and even followed up with a chance to meet with a career coach.

As a hiring manager, TJS was an excellent recruiting partner. They proactively sought feedback throughout the hiring process to refine their criteria. All candidates presented were high quality, including the candidate I ultimately hired. (The candidate went on to exceed our already high expectations!)

As both a candidate and a hiring manager, it was obvious that TJS wasn't interested in selling but in ensuring great long-term outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
