From the start they take the time up front to truly understand the role, including getting into a lot of deep context as it relates to business, culture, technology, and the value that the role will bring. This allows them to find fantastic candidates and to position the role in a way that finds the best match for the applicant as well as for us as clients. I always appreciate how they keep the partnership going, being very communicative through the process, and getting the best matching people for the role in front of us. If you have open roles and are sifting through hundreds of applicants that just aren't quite what you're looking for I highly recommend partnering with The Job Sauce. **What do you dislike about The Job Sauce?** In all honesty I can't think of anything I dislike. **Recommendations to others considering The Job Sauce:** The Job Sauce is all about finding an exceptional match, and of course they take this mindset into how they run their business and partner with clients.
