**What do you like best about The Hartford EBC?**

Very user friendly and customer care has always been very helpful! Setting up a new insurance you would think would be difficult but The Hartford makes it easy!

**What do you dislike about The Hartford EBC?**

The user interface is not super great. Sometimes it is hard to get around on the site to find specific info so I just call and they help me quickly.

**What problems is The Hartford EBC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps all of our business insurances in one place. It benefits us from going to multiple sites to have business insurances. All in one place is great!
