Most of it. Communication is just through standard process, which ignores requests. Wasting time on things you don't need and say at the end that they spend all the available free time on your issues. Apologising for ignoring communication just to continue doing it again. Bad quality of work. Delays, push into upgrade or additional services. Unfinished work. Telling you that things are content issues even if the design was clearly not there.
