The whole experience with The Free Website Guys was quite remarkable. Having had costly estimates from elsewhere for the build of the site, to find a team that combines professionalism, enthusiasm and prompt delivery in the way they do, at such a low cost – just the hosting and third-party costs – was a real highlight of our business launch journey.

Working with them was a pleasure – the steps of the process, from setting up hosting, to redirecting existing domains through to answering both basic and complex questions was done in a supportive way without any attempt to minimise their time – the focus was clearly quality of outcome. They appear to prioritize mass outreach over meaningful connection. Instead of taking a few seconds to check if someone actually needs a website, they send the same pitch to everyone.

It’s lazy, impersonal, and frankly insulting to professionals who already do this work.
