What do you like best about The Bridge Group, Inc.?

Working with TBG was extremely easy as they took the time to understand our goals and helped us create our SDR program and playbook. They are spot on with their metrics, are extremely knowledgeable about the SDR process, and were willing to spend the time necessary to help us successfully launch the program. Being a Tech CEO I especially appreciate that they are able to backup their recommendations with hard data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Bridge Group, Inc.?

The SDR comp plan they initially helped us design, turned out to be a bit complex to calculate effectively, however, it was more a function of our pricing and qualification model than a defect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They helped us to design an outbound SDR program to drive outbound lead generation and to improve the execution for our inbound leads. When we engaged with TBG, neither my VP Sales or VP Marketing had experience designing or running an SDR team / motion, so we engaged TBG to help us get the program running from organization to tech stack to hiring and execution. My advice to other organizations thinking about using TBG is undoubtedly do it. You want to ensure that you take the process seriously and provide them with adequate insights and efforts to produce something great. One of the things that we benefited from the most was leveraging the team to bounce ideas around phrasing and message structure. From the very start, The Bridge Group demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges faced by BDRs and offered guidance and coaching to build confidence in our abilities.
