The tech support is amazing! **What problems is The Agency Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have no problems! Agency advantage is always easy to use and if i ever come into a problem Andy can help me! ### 2. That would be so handy because we have the same companies asking for blank applications and we have to search past several attachments to find them. The "search" option is very crucial, at this point. Also, when going back through emails, it would be better if they didn't jump back up to the top when you close one out. **What problems is The Agency Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I didn't really have a "problem" so there isn't anything to solve. Every update that has been made has helped using AA a little more easier and friendly. Being able to use the updated features helps with time management, for sure. ### 3. I wish we could receive email replies when we send them from the customer folders. **Recommendations to others considering The Agency Advantage:** You won't find better customer service! **What problems is The Agency Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've solved the receipts/deposit issues and transferring of the information between programs. I realized we can text from the files but with we could receive tests there too. ### 10. Awesome program. I also like the ability to text and email clients right in the system. **What do you dislike about The Agency Advantage?** I wish we had the capability to cut and paste from one feature to another. For example, when texting info to a client that was previously sent in an email, we cannot cut and paste - the information has to be re-keyed. **What problems is The Agency Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Attaching documents helps keep important information at our fingertips.
