What do you like best about The Agency Advantage?

I like that they have added the feature to attach documents under the Company Set Up Tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Agency Advantage?

I wish there was a way to "pin" important documents (such as blank applications) to the top of the Attachments section. That would be so handy because we have the same companies asking for blank applications and we have to search past several attachments to find them. The "search" option is very crucial, at this point.

Also, when going back through emails, it would be better if they didn't jump back up to the top when you close one out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is The Agency Advantage solving and how is that benefiting you?

I didn't really have a "problem" so there isn't anything to solve. Every update that has been made has helped using AA a little more easier and friendly. Being able to use the updated features helps with time management, for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
