The UI is amazing and was not confusing for me at all. Doing Payments, invoices, credits was made easier by using this software. Daily reminder features notofy on time and saves a lot of time. The finance process is made automatic which promotes efficiency. I had a problem handling financial reports but after using Access Financials I do not face this anymore. Errors or glitches are spotted within no time and all needs are met. It adjusted in our business very well and there was no learning curve at the start. It acted as a time saver for us with its swift features. It gets integrated with many systems of business and contains incredible modules that cover every aspect of your work. **What do you dislike about Access Financials?** Access Financials despite being expensive also demands money for extra features which is frustrating. The support system is non serious and most of the time someone will answer who doesn't know about the software so it will waste your time. Customization and Updates need money but are made after an year. Automation needs improvement and its not as intuitive as I would like it to be. Manual updates are slow. From reports to handling payments everything is made smooth by using this. Switching between the purchase ledger, sales ledger and nominal is extremely easy too. Being able to set nominal codes for certain suppliers so that you don't have to keep inputting each time when processing invoices saves a lot of time **What do you dislike about Access Financials?** When printing it is awkward to set the correct printer, and once you have input a credit note if you wish to reprint using the miscellaneous accounts we have for one time customers it will only be able to show the address input on the last invoice/credit note, so this will not be correct for a previous customer **Recommendations to others considering Access Financials:** It makes the whole accounts process much easier and faster, I would definitely recommend it. Working through the system is extremely easy, switching between sides of the accounts software is simple and fast, have not encountered any bugs while using it **What problems is Access Financials solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was already in place when I joined the company, however it has made adapting to both the sales and purchase ledger side of a new company really easy ### 11. Having upgraded from a very old version it has certainly improved leaps and bounds. **What do you dislike about Access Financials?** I dislike that it isn’t as intuitive as I would like. For example a print button on some sheets looks like an envelope. For a long time we didn’t think we could print reports! You are able to do your tax returns via the program, **What do you dislike about Access Financials?** The SAAS system was sold with zero down time but it has been misold as there can be down time, Support team are hit and miss and depends on if you get lucky or not. **Recommendations to others considering Access Financials:** Dont rely to much on what the sales team promise, carry out your UAT testing well. Chase the issues if you need to. **What problems is Access Financials solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the software for all our accounting needs. We receive invoices which are automatically scanned in and inputted in to the system. We do our approving via a another software and then this is pulled in to Dimensions.Our payroll integrates in to this software also. ### 13.
