Easy Rewards Management, Custom Campaigns, and Responsive Support **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026 **What do you like best about Thanx?** I enjoy that it is easy to use to look up our rewards guests and quickly issue out or take away points. Grant rewards and easily see transaction history for the guest. Their support team also responds fairly quickly and communication has been great with their team. You can also customize the app as well and its easy to create campaigns, multipliers, and more for our guests. **What do you dislike about Thanx?** Integration-wise, there are some technical issues we’re working through with the Olo and Toast platforms that have come up and, as expected, have taken several weeks to resolve. It just takes time. Additionally, we sometimes see unusual and unexpected behavior in the flow related to guests receiving points, as well as occasional issues with guests getting the magic link to sign in to their account. **What problems is Thanx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanx is creating a loyalty system that’s easy to set up, manage, and monitor for our guests. We’re able to push out campaigns, marketing, and more directly to our guests, which is a huge benefit for us. Most things are customizable, so we can tailor it to fit our brand and voice. ### 2. I sign up once and automatically receive points towards any of the locations they work with! **What do you dislike about Thanx?** I want them to work with all the brands so that I can easily earn points everywhere! I know larger organizations are wanting their own apps, so instead of being added to the Thanx app, I need to download their custom white-label app. **What problems is Thanx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am eliminating the use of QR codes, stamp cards, entering my phone number at check out to receive points! Easily earn loyalty points by paying how I normally would! ### 3. Being able to send our promotions and receive guest feedback is essential for running a successful business. **What do you dislike about Thanx?** I dislike that Thanx is unable to integrate with Aloha to track our servers' performance **Recommendations to others considering Thanx:** If you want to be able to satisfy your guests and get honest feedback this is the best way to get it. Sites like Yelp are only there for people to complain and feel validated in doing so. **What problems is Thanx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can handle guest complaints directly, easily and effectively. The ability to reach out to guests who had a bad experience but who didn't want to say anything at the time. Sometimes guests don't want to complain in the restaurant but will write a review about a bad experience.
