What do you like best about Thankster?

If you don't mind it being a little less flashy than competitors, it's a great basic card sending system. The interface is fairly intuitive and it's affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thankster?

Customer service is horrific. I tried to send a batch of cards over a month ago, and have emailed 5-6 times trying to get an update and letting them know we'd otherwise be leaving their service, with no response. Just unbelievable from a small company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Thankster?

Thankster was originally created to fulfill a very simple mission – to greatly ease the burden of writing thank you notes and greeting cards, such as holiday cards. These cards are often expected to be written in your own handwriting, and yet they tend to be very repetitive and very numerous – and as a result, very laborious to write. Thankster makes this process simpler by letting you type in the notes, starting with a core message that you can edit individually for each recipient, if desired.

What do you like best about Thankster?

I really enjoy the idea of this product, it really helped me to save huge amounts of time when e.g. creating gift and thank you cards before Christmas or when creating some for the employees for their birthdays and different celebrations. It offers a simple and easy to navigate tool, great options for customizing the cards and inspiration on what to write. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thankster?

Limited amount of fonts and maybe a way to make the card look even more hand-written. Sometimes it is harder to get through the webiste to get the desired design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Thankster solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving time that would be vasted on writing every single card and having to think of what specific to write. Moreover, cards are ready in no time and thus there is no need to think much in advance. Great solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Thankster?

I like that Thankster is very easy to you and allows you to send many Thank You cards that look handwritten without having to hand write them yourself. This is great for sending a huge batch of these cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thankster?

It is a little pricey, at $2 per card. With our budget, it was not ideal but we made it work after receiving a grant. This cost does include postage which is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is helping us thank our research pool which oftentimes comes from different countries. The cards are customizable and look great when they are complete, and our research pool has enjoyed them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not necessarily a problem, but a differentiation to set us apart and make a difference by sending a nice thank you note.
