What do you like best about TextMarks?

Excellent, the best system, it gives you the possibility to communicate quickly and effectively with your potential clients and your workers, a wonderful tool. Specific customization options according to your tastes and needs, in addition to being very easy to customize. I also love that the welcome messages can be customized, as well as automatic responses and scheduled messages. Excellent cost and unbeatable customer service. What do you like best about TextMarks?

I really like everything, it's very easy. Registration is an easy and comfortable process and starting our program was as fast as it was effective. It has an ease of use and responsive platform, in addition to having an extremely useful and available customer service team, very profitable, sales in the company rose significantly thanks to textmarks. What do you like best about TextMarks?

Textmarks as a platform is extremely well put together and user friendly. The dashboard is easy to navigate and software is incredibly responsive. What sets it apart is the incredible team behind the platform with support and sales staff at the ready to assist with all of your questions. In addition, the friendly and patient demeanor these team members possess makes a world of difference during setup and integration. Having someone to call on for support and having that someone be as responsive as the Textmarks team has seriously made the difference in my choosing to commit to this platform. I love that this product was really easy to use - the interface is simple to navigate, it's easy to set up keywords and campaigns, and they even have special non-profit rates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TextMarks?

The benefits of TextMarks are the really advanced customization, can personalize different events through the welcome messages as well as the management of the distribution of the messages.

The support is also very responsive to messages, always to help, very creative and really cheerful to work with. Communication within the company is even easier thanks to the scheduling reminders ...

What do you dislike about TextMarks?

It can be a pain to have to wait for new programs to be recorded, but usually just send an email to the support and the addition is done on a day.

Database management restrictions can be annoying but understandable because their service must be able to prevent the sending of spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
