There are many reasons why we continue to use Textline for our business! The amount of ease of reaching customers without hassle or confusion is amazing. Our customers are able to communicate with us outside of business hours and we can receive it the next business day. When the internet is down, we can access Textline from our personal phones so we are always able to communicate with our customers. We use Textline daily! The main thing that I dislike about Textline is that it charges per each user, instead of it being included in the monthly plan. However, it's definitely worth it! It is definitely cost efficient. The other providers that claim to offer free services, end up forcing you into paying them after you have established history with them, and they end up being more expensive than Textline. It has a very simple UI and some great features if you take the time to learn. There are so many different things you can do if you are creative. There are a lot of resources to help you learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasional service interruptions/carrier violations that can take hours to resolve. Convoluted processes. For the cost, I'd expect better service in tickets and generally across the board we would feel better with a dedicated rep rather than nameless messaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
