Textedly is incredibly user friendly. The descriptions for each section of the site are well thought-out and make it easy for the user to get the most out of their Textedly experience. The implementation process was simple for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish that you could add individual contacts from an uploaded list in an easier way. Going through and searching for/checking the individual contacts makes for a very lengthy process when you have a list of over 950 contacts.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly is giving us the opportunity to recruit very easily for our summer camps. We have gotten many sign-ups using Textedly as our recruitment method!

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

We run a dragstrip and need an easy way to mass communicate with our racers and staff weekly. I can send mass texts and get responses via the website, then easily export those responses into an excel spreadsheet. The customer service has always been excellent, they are so quick to reply in their chat feature.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY LOVE A MOBILE APP!!!!!!!

I'm able to communicate back and forth with Textedly using a local number and message nearly 100 people at the same time.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

As a newer user of the platform, but one who is not new to various texting platforms, it is a huge relief to work with a company that has such responsive and legitimately helpful people on their team. It makes all the difference in the world to not feel as though I'm fumbling around in the dark trying to get us set up.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Thus far, I have not experienced any aspects of the platform that I've disliked. The interface is well-designed and intuitive, it hasn't been difficult to sign up, upload contacts, nor send message. The experience is solid, and the customer service could not be better.

Textedly keep us right in front of our valued clients, allowing us to communicate marketing messages and flash sales at a moment's notice. It truly allows for the kind of flexibility that every organization needs these days.

What I like best about Textedly is its simplicity and ease of use. The platform makes it effortless to send mass text messages to large groups, while still allowing for personalized communication. **What do you like best about Textedly?**

It's very user-friendly and the customer support is top notch. I don't think I've ever waited more than 2 minutes to be connected with someone and it's very easy to talk with someone. Most places now use AI bots and you have to go through 10+ steps to be connected with a real human. But at Textedly, its quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I've had a few hiccups where I sent a text, I get a pop up that says it wa sent successfully, but then it does not go through successfully. But again, the support team is always quick to help.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a way to stay in front of our partners more often and are known for our market updates. Textedly allows us to send relevant updates right to the thing our partners use most (their Phones), helping us build brand awareness and loyalty.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

We've been using Textedly for about two months now and I have to admit, I am thrilled with the value that we have gotten for the price. Similar texting platforms that I researched were significantly more expensive and did not offer the same capability. One of the main things that has stuck out to me is the free inbound text messages. This has allowed me to accumulate significantly more opportunities when reaching out to customers. Additionally, this platform has allowed us to send/receive text messages from our toll-free numbers which is a huge plus as a small business that is less than three years old. We need every opportunity to communicate with our customers possible, and Textedly provides another phenomenal tool to do just that. One other thing I would mention, is the customer support is the best I have ever seen from a software team. They are quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Specifically, Paige has been a huge help. We are thrilled and I cannot say enough. If you are on the edge about this platform, take the jump. You will not regret it.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The phone number verification process is a little bit harder than I was expecting which required a request to the Customer Support for assistance.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly has had a significant positive impact on our ability to communicate with our customers. Over time, we began to find that the best and easiest way to quickly communicate with our customers is to SMS text message them. This resulted in me sending hundreds of text messages from my personal phone number which became a mess almost immediately. Textedly to the rescue... We did not have a platform in place to effectively text our customers and now that we use Textedly, I can avoid using my personal cell phone for business. I can stress enough how much better our communication has gotten as a result of this platform.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like the convenience of reaching my subscribers via text and all the many integration features Textedly offers as you grow.  Customer support is very responsive and prompt.  Textedly is also very easy to use, even for those who are not tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

My only current dislike is not having an affiliate link to share with others.  I am an advocate for generating income by sharing products I enjoy using in my business.  I also would like to bring back Tagging.  Tagging is a great feature to have.

Textedly provides for me ease of use of getting people inside my sms subscription and ease of use getting my Marketing messages out.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

Textedly has a clean, efficient dashboard that allows one to compose a message quickly and drill into the audience to get the correct group to send it to. They do allow a limited personalization and import system is good with a detailed explaination of numbers that were not accepted. And, they have some great help folks, including Paige, who helped greatly when we had an issue. We're a charity that helps with food for families in need, and operate a homeless shelter,  a free medical clinic and a soup kitchen. In addition, we have a program that provides toys for families at Christmas and which uses hundreds of volunteers to acomplish this.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Unfortunately, the personalization function is very limited to the available 'hard-wired' fields they have. We work around it using some of these fields for our purpose of telling clients what time they are to come in. It is a one-time add on cost of $28 to impletement personalization for your account.

Additionally, the Keywords are expensive for an operation such as ours.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to tell clients what time to come in, and for Food Services clients, to keep them in the program and not become sick, to constantly check on them for their needs.

Finding the invoices was a little tough at first, but since then nothing else really.

I had an issue with my account, I could not get my approved but I had a Textedly account before. I thought to email an old Representative, Paige and she literally emailed me back within the hour. She investigated why I was not being approved and helped me get registered again the next day!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I do not like that textedly does not save a customer's old account atleast 6 months. In My case I come back when I need it most. Everytime I come back there are problems getting me logged in.

I can text multiple customers all at once.  This saves me time, effort, and gets the message out their faster.

It is very easy to use if you are using their templates and guidelines properly. Also, their response in the chat was very quick and helpful. It has different many feautures which is great and come in handy. We will use textedly very often so we can communicate with our participants.

It is a little difficult finding contacts based on Tags because the tags are not searching your list of contacts.

Students at Fordham University get to find out about upcoming events through this service and it is helpful to them because many of them are looking for employment.  With this tool,  they are not only informed via email, they get to receive text messages on their phones which most carry regularly.

They have a great price, they are nice people and they do what they can to help make things happen well for you. They have a great working system and so many areas that I'm still learning about. I have gotten to know my reps more and its good when the same people help you from time to time.

The opt in sign in system is an extra step which takes up time.  One of the main issues for me is the credits add up pretty fast, If I use a photo that takes up a lot of credits and most people like photos, so it limits me on how many times I can use the system. But the other side is the staff is great.

We used textedly to ensure our team was safe during this year's hurricanes. The customer service is EXCELLENT! We were able to hear back from everyone quick and easily without interruption.

The login is cluckly and takes forever with getting in through email and text verification. Uploading a list of folks to text was a little tricky since it has to match exactly as is on the template.

We needed a quick and easy way to get well being messages out to our employees. Textedly provided us a platform that was easy and everyone already has texts so they didn't have to download any additional apps.

The User interface is amazing and easy to understand and use. The level of support and quick turnaround is also above average.

I'd like to be able to onboard without the phone call. Although it was great customer service, coordinating times made it slightly inconvenient. Some features are not available to 'test' before using - like the drip campaign. I'd like to see the interface and how it works before purchasing.

The ability to use a platform for marketing and also let cutomers reply. There are not a lot of great options to keep conversations over text like this through an app.

Some of the profile functions you would think you would be able to access manually seem to be feautures you can only modify via speaking with an agent. Not a huge deal, just different.

Textedly is helping our company send mass text emails when they are necessary with ease. We get client contact data from our main software that Textedly was easily able to upload into contacts to send messages to. We are also able to filter these contacts by keywords easily in Textedly, which is an important feature for us.

It was pretty user friendly. There wasn't really anything I tried to do that I couldn't understand on my own without needing to google it or look up a forum or how-to within the website. Customer support was okay.. I didn't really like feeling like I was talking to a robot or AI. The features were alright. It was pretty straight forward. Adding a contact into the database was pretty seemless too.. Trying to import more than one contact could've been a helpful feature seeing that our facility had over 400 members, but I had to add each one individually. We used it pretty often as it was the only SMS provider that we had until we found one for much cheaper.

The prices were pretty steep compared to their competitors.

Being able to text a group of individuals in a few minutes and then receiving individual responses back for storm restoration is great!

The character count is interesting. In todays world you can send the longest messages you'd like and not have to worry about it. The characters limit reminds me of 2005 on my Nokia brick.

My favorite FAVORITE feature is how easy it is to send photos. The ability to send fun announcement or promo graphics dramatically improves our ability to market and promote to people who have subscribed and want that info. (Textedly is also very careful to prevent inappropate images being sent and is responsive to reports!)

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

This isn't really their fault, but it's very easy for users to accidentally make a permanent mistake with keywords. Once you set a keyword you CANNOT change it. They are clear about this on their website, but it might help to have a second confirmation screen "Are you SURE? Yes/No" that tells users how irreversible it is and maybe gives examples of successful keywords so they don't choose one they regret.

I know they are solving some issues with Keywords, BUT they were very kind help me problem solve alternative options.

I like how I can easily create messages and receive responses back when necessary.  The customer service help has been top notch and so helpful.  Pleased with ease of transition to group texts and integration into our company.  The website platform is very straight forward and clear about what costs what and features available for upgrade.

Dislike the price for certain accommodations, but quite frankly Textedly is overall the WINNER of competitiveness on pricing.  So even my only dislike is not fair to post as a dislike.

The app makes it easy to populate your audience and it is even easier to communicate with them.  Whether you need to send a mass text to 10, 100 or 500 people, this app is for you!  Simply select the contacts you would like to text, type your message, and TEXTEDLY AWAY!!!!  It's that simple.
The app gives your audience the opportunity to opt out if they do not want to see messages, it autopopulates the required headers for all text messages, and the dashboard is easy to read and understand.  What a GREAT APP!!!!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I have had no real issues with the app.  I had an issue with my logon at one point but the support team was very responsive, on a weekend at that, and they resolved the problem within a very short period of time.  You will not regret getting this app!!!

We have a large civic association membership with over 600 members.  We had no way of broadcasting a quick message for residents.  Email would not reach our members in a timely manner so we needed a tool that would allow us to reach them for a quick communication.  Textedly solves that for us.
