What do you like best about Textedly?

I really like Textedly because it is easy to use. It takes the guesswork out of using the platform, which is great. Also, if I have any questions, the customer support is fantastic. What do you like best about Textedly?

I find Textedly to be a cost-effective solution, which is a big factor for me. It serves as an effective way to reach out to listeners, and we get better responses than email blasts. I appreciate how it facilitates a great way to communicate with our listeners during our live radio shows, allowing them to submit requests to our DJs effectively. What do you like best about Textedly?

I use Textedly for communication to a group, and I like how it facilitates immediate communication and messaging. I appreciate the ease of setup, creating messaging, and adding images, which makes it a nice-looking means to send messages to the receivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

Setting up the numbers and address book and the import feature is not easy. And also trying to use it for more than one more is hard to navigate. It's hard to add in a bulk group of new phone numbers. The initial setup was hard because of the import features and template needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Communication with Intuitive Features"
What do you like best about Textedly?

I love how easy Textedly is to use, and I really appreciate that it allows us to load pictures, which is what we usually send more. It's an easy platform to manage with easy access. It avoids double work for us since we can download pictures from our Mother Corporate to disperse the flyers and keep everyone informed. Textedly gives a better visual idea and increases communication and the feeling of belonging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textedly?

I find Textedly's service very poor, with a dishonest billing system. My account was switched to a yearly subscription without my authorization, which was really frustrating. I feel the company is dishonest and can't offer value. Their support seems fake, with no human interaction—just AI replying with templates. Also, I think their setup it's designed to scam you. Overall, I hope fewer people use this service. Be careful, worst company to work in 2026. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textedly?

I like that Textedly saves me time and it's very easy to set up. I can post dates for my basketball camp and training times, and then my clients get to know right through text message since parents always have their phones. I really like everything about Textedly.
