**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love how super user-friendly Textedly is, making it easy for us to handle company event communications and RSVPs. The support staff is always so helpful, and I really appreciate that. I find the messaging and importing contacts features valuable. The initial setup was super easy, which was a great start. Overall, it's been a fantastic tool for mass messaging to our database of clients in a clean and structured way.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The only qualm I have is that I have to check with the support staff to confirm that my messages are in compliance. I had an event where, due to some words I was unaware of would be flagged, resulted in a smaller turnout to our event. I was never made aware in the system that they weren't going through.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly allows for clean, structured mass messaging to clients and is super user-friendly with supportive staff.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I use Textedly to remind patients of their appointments, and it saves me so much time. I don't have to call every patient personally and wait for their voicemail before leaving a message. My favorite thing is that patients can text me back and let me know if they will make it to their appointment or if they need to reschedule. Texting is much faster than calling individual patients. The setup was a breeze and the app is so easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish that it had a place I could store my text list instead of having to maintain an Excel sheet and import a new list every time I have to add or remove someone. That way I wouldn't have to wait for the upload format to be checked and wait for the email confirmation before I could start to send my text. I think it would be helpful when a patient replies to my text that it shows their name not just their phone number.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to remind patients of appointments, saving time and cutting down on calls. Patients can text back, letting me know if they can make it or need to reschedule, which streamlines communication.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

It's incredibly easy to use and implement! I love the reporting capabilities, the messaging, the AI assistance with writing a message. What isn't there to love about the platform. It's a massive upgrade from our previous service!  The customer support is outstanding and incredibly responsive!

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

There is only 1 "downfall" we have come across and that's the ease of our customers knowing how to opt back in to messages. When someone opts out while it does inform them of the "1st step" in opting back in (sending a message of unstop or start), it does not instruct them on the 2nd part of the process (sending a 2nd text of the company keyword). We need to reach out to customer outside of textedly to instruct them of this.  I wish we could customize the opt out reply so that it could include that additional step.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly is allowing us to reach out to our clients and inform them of important up coming information. With this platform we are able to more easily parse out group of our clients to send specific messaging to specific groups. I can easily update our contacts without having to import groups of the same contacts.

I really appreciate the ease of use that Textedly provides. It allows me to send flyers and pictures effectively, which is incredibly helpful. I also like that we can create different groups, like 'all staff' and 'field staff', and choose individual recipients for our communication. It's a fast, low-effort way to reach out to our staff quickly, especially since not everyone has email.

Nothing to dislike, although I would like to be able to send short videos in the texts.

I use Textedly for in-person events because it solves the issue of communicating out to large groups. I like that it is easy to use, and the customer service reps are always top notch. The scheduling option for messages works great, and the ability to add media to messages is helpful. Adding photos and videos is especially useful when trying to give directions to people on how to locate specific places around a venue. The initial setup of Textedly was also easy.

If there was a way to remove the mandatory introduction in each message, that would be great

I find it helpful to track and monitor messages, which ensures our communication is reliable. The ability to send announcements quickly is a huge plus, and I enjoy being able to message a subscriber individually to address specific questions they may have. Initially setting up Textedly was super easy, and it was easy to learn how to use.

I would like to be able to see history of messages, like how many messages were sent in a month or the year or last year. Being able to review more than the past few months would help to determine how many messages are sent.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like that Textedly is easy to use because I can access it from my computer, phone, and iPad, which cuts my workload down considerably. It saves me a bunch of time since it allows me to send a text to my entire list of 2,000 customers with just one message. I also appreciate that it's less expensive and works well with my seasonal business, allowing me to adjust the service level according to the season. Once everything was set up initially, it made managing communications so much faster.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish there was an actual app that I could open up on my phone or my tablet. As it is now, I do have to go access the website to answer any text coming from my customers and also to send out a text.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to send out weekly prices to my customers, saving me hours versus manual texting. It lets me send a text or email to all customers and get quick responses, making it much easier and faster to manage.

I like using Textedly for customer marketing and staying in touch with my customers. It allows me to send texts to many customers while making it feel like it's coming directly from me, which is more effective than email for marketing and maintaining connections. It has helped grow my business. I appreciate the seamless and easy-to-use interface of Textedly. I also value the customer service; they responded promptly to my request for tax information and provided all the needed details right away. **What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like the ability to sign on in one place and handle everything by computer. The easy computer access and fairly simple interface allow us to quickly create and send group messages. I also appreciate the ease of using Excel lists to set up our texting group, which is great because our patient list is on Excel. We didn't see any advantages from other texting services that would make us switch from Textedly. The initial setup was easy too, with help from a representative who walked us through.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The ability to have multiple users is sometimes an issue. Although there are 'teammates', it is not the same as having another user when the main person is out for one reason or another.

I use Textedly for group texting, sending messages and documents efficiently. It solves group communication by allowing easy computer access and Excel list integration for setting up texts, saving time by avoiding manual entries.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I appreciate Textedly's very easy-to-understand interface once I got used to it. This simplicity helps my nonprofit organization efficiently manage communication with around 1,200 members of our faith-based community. It allows us to contact our council members quickly, facilitating sign-ups through platforms like Sign Up Genius, and effectively distributing posters, event details, and emergency information. Additionally, the setup process was quite straightforward, as we were able to transfer a list of names and numbers from our database, although some hurdles were present due to home phone numbers not working for texting. The customer service was commendable, providing helpful assistance throughout the setup process. Overall, we've been using Textedly for three to four years and have been very happy with it, giving it a high satisfaction rating of about nine, indicating I would likely recommend it to others.

Also, having an app to use on the phone or desktop would be very useful.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love the convenience of being able to text our volunteers as opposed to having to call or e-mail. I get a much more immediate response when texting. My volunteers also love the convenience of being able to text as well. Customer support is very easy with the chat option as well.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

It seems to be very easy for my volunteers to accidently subscribe and we have to walk them through resubscribing. I also experience glitches and end up sending the same message multiple times. I will also kick me out sometimes and I have to log back in.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly makes communication with my volunteers so much easier, and I get much more rapid responses. It solves the problem of having to leave a voicemail or e-mail message and having to wait much longer for a response.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I like that Textedly supposedly has the ability to mass message groups easily. It prevents me from having to individually text people and just send one message at large.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

They make it seem much more simple than it actually is. After paying for a plan, there were several additional hoops to jump through and fees to pay that were not up front in the free trial. I still am not yet able to send messages, which is the entire reason I bought the plan. I made a mistake when paying and paid for an annual subscription instead of a monthly one. I contacted them to switch to month by month, but they refused to let me switch or issue a refund. They show that you can upload contacts as a list instead of individually, but I had to get approved to do so. Sending messages requires registration and applications that need approval. They make it seem like you can immediately start using their platform after upgrading, but that's not the case.

Textedly prevents me from having to individually text people, allowing me to send one message to a large group easily.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I use Textedly to send out weekly prayer requests, and I love how it allows me to send them quickly and all at once. The scheduling feature is super convenient for me because I can plan ahead for the entire week, setting the exact date and time so that they land when I want. The texting back feature is also very handy since I can easily chat with people. Overall, Textedly just makes these tasks easy for me, and the basic plan is sufficient because I don't communicate with tons of people. The initial setup of Textedly was quite easy too.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

The monthly subscription isn't the most convenient. I wish I could use texting credits without having to pay for the subscription. It would be great to have an option that's not just a subscription, but that I could pay for the credits when I need them.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly to send prayer requests quickly and all at once. Scheduling ahead of time for specific days is convenient and the texting back feature allows easy communication without using my personal phone.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

Being able to input contacts and either click on only certain ones or send to the entire contact list- both being fairly easy to do, ability for our contacts to reply. Ability to send birthday texts.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

Cost increase. Birthday texting although a very interesting option, has not yet worked for us. I sent a test one this week, and it didn't go through even though it was set up correctly. The fact that a "text" isn't just a "text" but instead is counted up by number of characters, leading up to one text being counted as 2 or 3 texts- this leads to possible need to purchase a higher plan. Replies would be easier seen if there was a textedly app (if there is one, I have not known about it)

Reaching large groups of people via text. That benefits us because people are more likely to read a text more quickly than an email.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I really like how easy Textedly is to use and the fact that you're able to categorize different keywords and groups. It helps me stay organized, making texting more valuable because it enables me to stay on top of my leads and outbound communications, like cold outreach. The platform is simple, which definitely helps with organization in a business setup. I've been using it for over a year and a half, and I love it. The initial setup was pretty easy, despite requiring a bit of review and approval. It's a great platform that has made me more than I've put into it.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I don't like having to verify every single time I log in, which I understand why. Another thing is, like, sometimes it does get slightly confusing when you're doing the numbers and things like that because sometimes it'll say, 'hey, you have to do this in order to send messages. Sometimes it won't.' I also think having a save password button would be nice.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Textedly for massive text marketing, helping me communicate with previous customers and warm leads effectively.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

We love the recurring messages. It makes things so much easier for us. I find Textedly user-friendly because the platform is easy to use and simple by design. Its straightforward interface allows even our aged team members, who might not be very tech-savvy, to easily use it if needed, especially when others aren’t available to update or send alerts. I also appreciate the platform's customer support, as it is easy to contact them. They tend to get back quickly most times, and it's nice to have interactions with a human.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish the recurring messages would handle daylight savings better. When daylight savings occurs, the message timings get disrupted and end up being an hour earlier or later. It would be great if this feature automatically adjusted for daylight saving so messages go out at the intended time. Also, I kinda wish there was a guide available for setup, as I don't remember having one. Customer support was helpful, but I wish I knew where to locate setup information myself. Also, when adjusting recurring messages, I struggle to understand how I can make a message adjust for later that same week; sometimes it makes the adjustment take effect the following week.

Textedly allows us to rapidly share information with our congregation, enhancing communication beyond what our website or Facebook page offers. It's especially effective for inclement weather alerts.

We loved the customer service and text support - those are the first things that come to mind, because they were so much above what you usually get with an app. The onboarding process was a breeze, answering all our questions and getting us up and running without any issues. It was also fairly easy to integrate with our CRM for automation purposes (it wasn't a native integration, so it wasn't as easy as a click, but it worked for all our use cases perfectly). When it was up and running, we had it on full blast with no issues.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

There are a few minor downsides (they don't really detract from the app itself at least). The first was minimal native integration with other third-party apps - we were able to work around it with Zapier, but native support is always  a plus. The second was some unfamiliar terminology with the basic use cases - maybe for people who do a lot more SMS it would be more intuitive, but we had to remind ourselves sometimes what each element meant.

I enjoy that I can place tags within each contact so that I can send things out in batches. I enjoy that I can send mass messages and schedule messages. I also enjoy that I can easily contact customer support, and they will respond swiftly. It is easy to implement and integrate within our team and our target population, and we use it at least twice a week if not more. We have been able to teach others in our team to use it and incorporate it into our day-to-day. It's easy to receive messages back from residents and text them responses. I most enjoy that the residents are able to send text messages and photo responses, and I get email alerts with every message that we receive.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I wish I could label when a message needs to be re-read. I wish there was an "Are you sure" message before submission so it helps pause and capture mistakes. I wish it would tell us immediately if a message will not be able to be sent because of key words, etc. I wish that the messages that were unused transferred over to the next month or at least a percentage of them.

The automation tools and customizable keyword responses are perfect for keeping our audience engaged. It’s also great that it integrates smoothly with other tools we use. **What do you like best about Textedly?**

The tool is fairly easy to navigate and use. 

- Setup: Implementation was very straightforward, took about 15 minutes to set up. 
- 10DLC registration: This process was also fairly straightforward, but we received some rejections for certain clients without a clear explanation of why they were rejected. 
- Customer support is very responsive via chat. They are friendly and helpful. We've also scheduled a call with them fairly quickly. 
- We use the tool weekly for about 7 clients. 
- The features are fairly basic, but cover your average needs - contact tagging, SMS & MMS, reply management, auto-replies
- We've integrated Textedly with donation platforms via Zapier fairly seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

While the tool is easy to use, there are some bugs. 

- Sometimes when you attempt to send a message to a large list, or delete a large list of contacts, the tool will time out
- Textedly could really use more segmentation capability. Segmenting is not really available today. 
- You can't send VCF files via Textedly 
- A lot of the integrations, like Instagram, are not yet available

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly allows us to text lists of contacts efficiently, while staying TCPA compliant. Our marketing text messages have generated a significant amount of revenue for our clients, making the tool well worth the price.

The interface is good and easy to understand. It's easy to create a text and send it.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

It's hard to get setup and go through the process. You need a lot of information to get started. You don't get many characters on one text so you end up using the 2-3 and you don't get as many. The cancelation process is hard to find. You have to contact customer service in order to cancel.

It was going to be to contact or customers and keep them informed. It didn't really help us and no one used it.

**What do you like best about Textedly?**

I love how easy it is to compose and send a message! There aren't a lot of steps to take and the things you have to complete to send a message are all on the same screen. Practically no matter which page you're on you always have your current message count in view so there's no question on what's available to use. If you need more messages for the month there's a clear area to upgrade or simply buy what you need for the time being. The platform is easy to navigate and train someone else to use. If there's anything we need help with, there's always a customer support bubble at the bottom right of the screen to reach out and ask questions.

**What do you dislike about Textedly?**

I'm not sure if this is specific to Textedly or not, but the only "dislike" would be how emojis increase the message count. If emojis could be equal to or even a tiny bit above regular text that would be great and I would use them more often. I'd love to use emojis but something as simple as adding eyes to 2 sentences changes the message count from 2-4. As someone that's new to text marketing I'm not ready to spend a lot on messages monthly but I would need to heavily consider it if I want to use emojis on a regular basis.

**What problems is Textedly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textedly helps me reach people in my audience that want to hear about my current specials but may miss my emails from the 1000s of promotional emails they receive on a daily basis. Textedly bridges that gap and allows me to get my information to my audience in an area they're basically guaranteed to check.
