We used this service to notify our faculty and alumni of details and changes before our big anniversary event. It was easy to use and import contacts.

We did not have any issues. The service was straightforward and easy to use.

You can customize any message and set the time/date you'd like it to go out. You can also import your contacts to make it easy!

The only thing I can think of is the cost of customized/own message versus computer reading the message.

I am a property manager, so anything that needs to go out (emergency or hazard), makes it so easy for me! If roads are shut down, hazards in the community. Any communications to get out ASAP and to everyone in a timely manner, I use text-em-all

It is a cost effective way to send messages to our district families and staff. The previous texting program we used was a ridiculous amount of money. And you had to pay monthly per line, in addition to the credits purchased each month. Text-Em-All has saved us SO much money! And it's easy to use!

There is a lot of spam texts. But I am sure that is with any texting program.

The product was extremely simple to set up and import users.  we were also able to set up and save some standard templates.  Overall, the product is extremely simple to use and the per use cost was exactly what we were looking for.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

It is very easy to use. It was very easy to import employee information to get it set up. It does not take a lot of time to create or send a message.  You are able to tell quickly the results of each call made.  If I ever have any questions, I just send an email to support and they respond quickly.  We use to notify all employees or just groups of employees of important notifications.

The only doenside is that the message you create must be at least 10 seconds long.

It allows us to notify all or groups of employees regarding important notifications especially weather or emergency notifications.

The fact that I got charged more for using the app even though I am messaging the same clients over and over again. I didn't see this as very fair

I love that I can send a mass text blast to all my stakeholders in the THRIVE Afterschool Program. Customer service is also extremely kind and helpful! I don't have to wait long to be assisted.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I wish we had more characters to send longer messages within our plan. Because we are a non-profit it's difficult to upgrade our plan as we are government funded through grants. I also wish special characters were not extra credits as it is not cost-effective to communicate with our Spanish-speaking contacts in a gramatically correct manner (using accents and other special characters).

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of Text-Em-All, I can simply send a mass text blast instead of calling each person, which is very time-efficient. Also, our stakeholders (parents/guardians) are more likely to respond to text messaging sent to their phones rather than emails. This platform allows us to market our afterschool services and events to parents as well as any emergency notifications such as school closings, inclement weather, and lockdowns/drills/evacuations very simply. Parents and school administrators thus have increased trust in our program and ability to communicate in an appropriate window of time.

**What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

Text-Em-All offers an easy, convenient way to stay in contact with my contact list. I can choose to either text a message or call with a prerecorded message to inform each person. The interface is intuitive and useful for quick messages to my groups. I can even integrate this into some of my other databases. 

I found it easy to implement and use in my small organization, and I use it nearly every week. If I struggle, I know that there is plenty of support from the Text-Em-All team, so I'm never alone.

Although I wish that there was a low priced subscription level, I have found it easier for my to purchase credits and go a-la-carte rather than being committed to a subscription I might not use.

I have forgetful people, and Text-Em-All allows me to send a quick, unintrusive reminder to my groups.

The platform was pretty starightforward to use and was able to get our message out in a fast, efficient manner.  I like how the platform dashboard provided real time status updates on the messgaes that were sent out, giving me an idea of how effective the campaign was.

The setup and uloading numbers into the platform is a little confusing at first, but was simple enough once you get theh hang of it.

We needed to reahc our field staff with updates as quickly as possible and it did the job.  We had a great response as our emssgae reached over 85% of our staff.

Text-Em-All has been a game changer for our company. We can notify our employees of work schedules, important meetings or information, and due to being in a "Hurricane Impact Area" , we can notify our employees of changing situations. This is part of our OSHA Emergency Action Plan which is required.
Text-Em-All has been a great investment for our company.

I haven't found a down side to the program. It is dependable, easy to use, and the cost is very little compared to the value it provides.

OSHA requires an Emergency Action Plan to help employees understand what is required during an emergency. By using Text-Em-All, we can notify our employees of informationinvolving their safety in real time, in whatever location they are. **What do you like best about Text-Em-All?**

I LOVE that I can send out mass texts to employees and not have to create an enormous group chat from my own personal cellphone. This system can create a text sent to each individual (up to 200 I believe) and you can set signatures telling the recipients not to reply and set auto-replies for the people who do not read that they shouldn't reply. Super glad I found this service, it makes communicating the same message to all employees super easy!

I would rather pay a monthly fee rather than have to buy credits to send out the texts.

Sending out the same message to all employees at once and not creating a group chat where problematic employees will reply where everyone can see.

There was a time when the service was inoperable. But those issue seem to have been fixed.

The local phone number verification. It was taking long to verify. So they got me one that was already verified and working. No problems since.

Easy to setup, reporting is good, effective features for exactly what I needed.  Affordable is the biggest area of benefit.

The ability to communicate with the sudents in our program in an effective manner. And any time we have a question about the software, someone reponds quickly and try to find a solution.

The character limit is tough but we find ways to work around it. Also the fact that Google forms are not allowed to be sent.

Text-Em-All has enhanced our communications among the members of our organization.  In today's society texting is absolutely essential and this allows us to reach over 900 members at one time!

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

There is very little about the service we do not like.  The monthly pricing is slightly higher than we would like, expecially since we do not use it on a daily or even weekly basis at times.  It would be nice to have a non-profit or fraternal rate.

Easy to use. Provided data and analytical tools of open rates, and allowed us to track our individualized customer experience each time we used it. Because we used it often, saving various messages, adding money to our bank each time, made it easy to update and quick to access when time was tight.

Nothing. it was great and we will use it again this year.

I run a dance festival in western Massachusetts that has performances outside for 9 weeks each summer. Text-Em-All allowed me to alert patrons in times of incliment weather about challenges to arrival, changes to performances, or cancelations when necessary. Because many people would travel 1-3 hours to our locaiton, being able reach them enroute in ways other than email was necessary to our customer satsifaction

The sure bet feature is a great way to get confirmation. We use it to distribute schedules and then ask our employees to confirm. If they do not confirm within 24 hours, they get removed from the schedule and replaced. This has solved a lot of of no call no-shows or employees complaining. They never received the schedule.

The mobile side of things could be a little more responsive and friendly

I found Text-Em-All searching  for a quick way to reach thousands of our customers at a time. Text-Em-All was the simple solution, allowing me to quickly register, but the amount of credits I needed, creat my text message, load my customer base, test and send my message.

I am able to keep track of responses, follow through with answers to questions, and complete our goal of reaching our customers and maintain our brand integrity.

Nothing at all. They are fulfilling our expectations.

We offer a text based payment solution. We cannot take the chance of our customers requesting STOP if we were to send out marketing or special messages to the base. Text-Em-All solves that problem.

Text-Em-All saves uncountable amounts of time and provides great customer support in case anything goes wrong. Our site uses Text-Em-All quite frequently as we have over 2,800 employees that we need to reach at any given moment. It's easy to understand mechanics also make it just as easy as texting a friend.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I haven't looked into how many features Text-Em-All has as I just use it to reach large numbers of people at once but I would like for them to be better advertised!

It prevents us from having to create an email or individually text the over 2,800 employees we have at our site.

The system is user-friendly and easily customized. We are able to modify how we use it and how many credits are used based on what messaging we are sending out.

We are in a credit-purchase program, aka pay-as-you-go, so we have to sometimes buy in the middle of a campaign to be able to send the campaign out.  When we have to do that, it makes buying the credits and allocating them to one office for costing a little challenging.

**What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to widely reach talent regarding new opportunities that we have available.  Depending on how we want to get the messaging out, we are able to complete hundreds of calls in a matter of minutes rather than having individual calls made by representatives.  We also use this tool during open enrollment to reach out active employees quickly and have a report that provides the necessary documnation to prove that we have done our due diligence in our outreach.  If we had to make these types of calls individually, we would lose hours of productivity a week.

Ability to schedule broadcasts in the future. I can plan in advance - set it and forget it! Knowing before broadcasts are scheduled what numbers are textable or not. It allows me to ensure my information is able to be received all recipients.

The text broadcasts should allow you more options on how many are being sent out per minute, the same as calls. Broadcasts should also know when to stop instead of continuing until they're complete. This was a feature in the past with Call-Em-All, but it's no longer done.

It allows us the ability to communicate with customers in a manner that is convenient to them.

We use this service usually about once a quarter to inform our case workers when there is severe weather or when certain remote offices are closed. They made it super easy for us to register as a non-profit.

No complaints. The only thing that would make me more pleased with the service would be to recieve a credit for the tax that we payed on our first couple of orders before I added our non-profit status to the account.

When a remote center is closed or when weather conditions are harsh we can text our specialists to prevent them from going out at an unsafe time.

We use text-em-all for fast communications for our school community. This option allows us to get messages out quickly and with ease. The best features of this are the ability to schedule the text/call, choose the type of voice for the recording, and customize the text back number.

Sometimes the text asked to be read is not pronounced well. The voice iover aspect does not always use voice inflection as related to punctuation appropriately.

It is super easy to use and the associates have taken to it immediately. We can easily communicate any last minute work details or major information that needs to get out quickly. I love it!

There aren't enough characters when using a non verified phone number, but we've made it work.

I can't always find associates out on the floor, but I know they have their phones on them, so this lets me reach them quickly without having to search all over the warehouse for them.

It allows us to stay in touch with our members in case of an emergency or closing. It was pretty easy to set up and get rolled out. Getting member contact into the system was as easy as uploading a excel file. And we're able to individually customize how members are contacted by their preference. We chose to implement it for emergency notifications only at this time, but we may expand it further with member feedback and permission.

**What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?**

I don't like that we can't compose and send out mass messages through the app. Having that ability would make this service perfect. I don't totally understand why that's not a feature, maybe it's something that's being worked on, but I don't always have access to my laptop in an emergency and not being able to send quick mass messages through the app really hampers our ability to communicate on the fly.

It allows us to notify our members of closing due to weather, emergencies, or other issues. This has been a huge help in alerting members and preventing people from arriving when there are no staff on site.
