What do you like best about Tethered?

I have experienced a downtime due to an issue with our wordpress website after a major update, and thanks to a Tethered alert by email I managed to drastically reduced downtime from hours to a few minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tethered?

Very difficult to contact support by email, there is no adequate customer support at the moment. Luckily the service/plugin works as a charm, instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
