"A Game-Changer for Our QA Team – Easy, Powerful, and Reliable"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

We've been using Testsigma for a few years now, and it's been a game-changer for our QA process. What stands out the most is how incredibly easy it is to use, thanks to its natural language processing (NLP)-driven test creation. Our team was able to start building automated tests right away, even with minimal scripting experience.

The onboarding support from the Testsigma team was fantastic—they were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Setting everything up was smooth, and any questions we had were quickly addressed.

Testsigma also makes test maintenance very straightforward, which saves us a lot of time in the long run. The platform is loaded with features like cross-browser testing, CI/CD integrations, real-time reporting, and more—yet it remains intuitive and user-friendly. What do you dislike about Testsigma?

When running large test suites in parallel, we’ve occasionally encountered some performance bottlenecks. While not a frequent issue, it can impact execution speed during heavy load scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining Test Automation with TestSigma: A Reliable and Efficient Tool"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

What I like best about TestSigma is its ability to make test automation feel approachable and efficient, even for team members with limited coding experience. The natural language-based scripting is incredibly intuitive, which allowed our QA team to quickly build robust test cases without getting stuck on complex syntax.

Another standout feature is how seamlessly it integrates with our CI/CD pipeline. We were able to plug it into our existing workflow with minimal effort, and it has significantly improved our release confidence. The UI is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, which makes both test creation and debugging a lot smoother.

Overall, TestSigma doesn't just automate tests — it empowers the whole team to actively participate in quality assurance, which is something we hadn’t been able to achieve with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

While our overall experience with TestSigma has been very positive, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve encountered minor integration hiccups—especially when syncing with third-party tools. These aren't dealbreakers, but they’ve required some manual intervention from time to time.

Another thing we've noticed is the occasional occurrence of false negatives—tests that fail even though the application is behaving correctly. It usually boils down to timing issues or dynamic elements, and while these can be adjusted with some tuning, it does take extra effort to maintain test stability in such cases.

That said, the TestSigma team has been very responsive whenever we've reported issues, and it’s clear that the platform is evolving quickly. So, while there are small areas to improve, they’re far outweighed by the benefits the tool brings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How TestSigma Streamlined Our Testing Workflow and Boosted Efficiency"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

What I like best about TestSigma is its ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members. The intuitive, no-code interface allows everyone—from developers to product managers—to contribute to and understand the testing process. This has fostered a more collaborative environment in our team, where everyone feels engaged in ensuring product quality.

Additionally, the seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines has been a game-changer. We can easily run our tests automatically with every build and get immediate feedback, which significantly reduces the time spent on manual testing and troubleshooting.

The ability to manage test cases, data, and execution in one central place has really improved our workflow efficiency. Overall, TestSigma provides an easy-to-use, powerful solution that truly enhances team collaboration and speed without sacrificing quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

While TestSigma has been a fantastic tool overall, there are a couple of areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve experienced some performance issues when executing larger test suites, especially when running tests in parallel. This sometimes results in longer wait times for test results, particularly when we’re testing across multiple browsers and devices.

Another small limitation is the initial learning curve for new users. While the platform is generally intuitive, some team members have had to spend extra time getting familiar with advanced features, especially the more complex aspects of test data management and custom step creation.

That said, these issues are relatively minor compared to the overall benefits of the platform. Plus, TestSigma’s customer support has been great in addressing these challenges, and updates to the tool show a clear commitment to continuous improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Low-Code Testing Solution"
What do you like best about Testsigma?

TestSigma's low-code approach made it accessible for our QA team without requiring programming expertise. The intuitive visual test builder allowed us to quickly create and maintain automated tests across multiple browsers. The platform's learning curve was minimal, which enabled us to implement test automation rapidly when we lacked coding resources. Their customer support team was responsive and professional throughout our engagement, helping us resolve issues promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

The inability to export tests as standalone executables became a limitation as our client deliverable requirements evolved. With our tier, there were some limitations for integrating it into CI/CD, but it is possible on the higher tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Testsigma?

The most useful thing about testsigma is that it is an easy-to-use platform, which allows for the creation of automated flows for different processes that can be carried out in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testsigma?

The disadvantages it may have are that when performing web tests, the platform is very user-friendly, but when it comes to testing on another version, like mobile, it gives us errors that are not so easy to solve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
