What I value most about Testsigma is its ease of use and low-code approach, which allows the QA team to automate tests without relying entirely on technical profiles. The platform facilitates the creation, execution, and maintenance of tests, which helps reduce the time spent on repetitive tasks.

What convinces me the least about Testsigma is that, when it comes to complex or highly customized test scenarios, the flexibility is somewhat limited compared to traditional automation frameworks. Additionally, on certain occasions, the performance during executions does not reach the expected level, and I believe that error debugging could be more intuitive.

The platform supports the creation of test cases using natural language processing, along with the capability to attach screenshots and video recordings. Test results can be easily shared via URL links with development teams, facilitating seamless collaboration. I haven't encountered any issues so far. This platform truly feels like a game changer.

At InCred, we adopted Testsigma to accelerate our QA automation across multiple products. The platform’s low-code, natural-language approach allows even manual testers to build automation quickly, which has been a huge enabler for in-sprint automation and faster regression cycles.

The ease of setup, reusable test components, and seamless integration with CI/CD and JIRA have made it simple to scale automation coverage without heavy engineering dependencies. Testsigma’s cross-platform capabilities (Web, Mobile, API) and parallel execution on cloud have helped us reduce test execution time drastically.

We especially appreciated the auto-healing locators and data-driven test design, which reduced maintenance effort and kept tests stable across frequent UI updates. Their support team is extremely responsive, helping us troubleshoot issues promptly.

The user interface is clean and modern, making initial navigation easy. The self-healing features and AI-assisted test generation seem to be very useful in reducing the time spent on maintenance.

Although the interface is good, understanding how to get the most out of AI models takes time and requires learning. I wish there were more practical examples or tutorials explaining the advanced functions of AI.

Test export/migration is not straightforward, and Salesforce tests can’t be ported across projects due to metadata dependencies.

I believe it needs more granularity in terms of roles. There are some admin roles that won't need most of the functionalities other than managing access and controlling project assignments.

Versioning/branching transparency and portability aren’t as strong as code-first frameworks, increasing vendor lock-in risk and making large refactors harder.

Pricing and licensing is hard to predict.

Replacing manual, repetitive regression work with scheduled and on‑demand automations across environments, improving speed and reliability; e.g., a monthly PROD run of 14 cases for a project with Azure DevOps triggers and email/Slack notifications. 

Lowering the barrier to authoring via no‑code NLP, so QA can create and maintain tests without heavy framework setup—shortening onboarding and expanding coverage.

TestSigma is a strong tool for end-to-end testing, significantly streamlining our team's process for approving production deployments. Element Identification Accuracy – Improve locator reliability for complex or dynamic web elements in applications with deeply nested DOMs.

What I like most about Testsigma is its no-code, AI-driven approach that allows both technical and non-technical team members to create and maintain automated tests easily. While Testsigma offers a great AI-driven and no-code automation platform, there are a few areas that could be improved.
Sometimes the test execution performance can be slower for large suites, and debugging failed tests can take extra effort due to limited error trace details.
Additionally, the object identification and element locator maintenance can be a bit tricky for highly dynamic web applications.

That said, the Testsigma team is very responsive, and continuous updates are steadily addressing these issues.

It’s solving our biggest challenges around test coverage, regression time, and maintenance overhead. With Testsigma’s reusable steps, data-driven testing, and CI/CD integrations, we’ve been able to release faster, catch defects earlier, and reduce manual effort significantly.

Reusable test components save me time. I build a flow once and drop it into new scenarios without rewriting it. The platform is easy to navigate and my team spends less time on repetitive manual checks. Support answers quickly and actually helps.

Writing and maintaining really complex tests is still harder than it should be. While step-groups and loops are helpful, they slow down the execution time drastically. Additionally the step groups have a nesting limit. Some advanced features like mailbox access or API access are locked behind higher pricing tiers. 

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testsigma automates a big chunk of our regression testing, so every update doesn’t turn into a full manual test cycle. The team spends less time clicking through the same flows and more time on new features, fixes, and polishing the experience for our customers. It also catches issues earlier, which means fewer last‑minute surprises and smoother releases.

I like Testsigma for its test run feedback and videos. They help us review test runs to ensure new builds don't create issues with unrelated features, which is really valuable for our QA and testing processes.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

I don't like the limits on physical devices and seats, the reliability issues and false test runs that need fixing by re-runs. We've also been looking at other options due to the unreliability and slowness of the system. The initial setup wasn't easy.

Testsigma helps with regression testing of apps and ensures new builds don't create issues with unrelated features. I like the test run feedback and videos for reviewing test runs.

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

Unlimited runs - It is fantastic that I can run as many testcases as I want for my various projects. This reduces the worry when making and fixing test cases.

Simple UX - The scriptless recorder makes creating test cases extremely easy to create. There is a learning curve to the in-depth features but once they are understood, the simple UX can make complex test cases.

Great customer support - Support tickets are always addresses quickly and the technical support are great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Price - This platform is on the more expensive side so might not be a good fit for smaller companies.

Small add-ons library - There could be more add-ons in the library but the ones there are still very useful.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the only QA working for my company so it is helping with large, daily checks with give me back more time to manage tasks and create plans for the future.

Support from Arun and the ability to schedule when the test plans will run so that I can / have set them up so they will run early in the morning so I can review the results when I log on in the morning so I can cover any issues first thing.
Also fairly easy to be able to add extra cases to cover new processes for our test plans / suites

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Average customer support experience and ticket tracking - along with the wall of issues and breakages we were experiencing when starting to delve into bringing Testsigma online. The technical issues have since been resolved on our end thanks to the Testsigma team and the exceptional support from Arun

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping support the regression testing process since we work in an Agile environment so being able to use Testsigma to cover / regression test a bunch of our core processes helps save a lot of time and reduce system risk

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

It is one of the finest tool in the market for automated testing. The support they provide on chat and when required on call is appreciable. Pricing is good as compared to other tools in the market. Support for both local and cloud execution works well. When you have some out of the box scenario and it is feasible then these guys will provide you add on that will solve the use case. Integrating it with ongoing system is quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

If you want to use this tool for regular generic automation stuff then it's a breeze and if you are someone who wants to use this for rigorous coding related tasks then it will provide the output but it gets little bit difficult to form the test case. There are few limitations though the team is working continuously but takes time to get the updated version. Debugging on local should be improved.

We have limited resources that does automation so we create all are test cases in testsigma so that anybody can use it. Also we are using it for Release testing where we have to execute the same set of cases with every release. This helps us in saving time and dependency.

From a company who does not have any automated flow, we did a pretty excellent job having 40+ flows automated

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Its flaky, I need to be honest, every week I have a false positive

We didn´t have any automated flow and was pretty easy to start

Support Salesforce platform
Good exposure and experience in Education and financial cloud
Ease of use 
Ease of test script creation

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Not that much experience in Sales and Service cloud
Good support but in my case the tool is not working in my system
Requires client installatoin in each parallel execution machine even its a cloud based system

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implement Automation testing instead of manual process, this tool supports salesforce but we couldn't implement due to the tool is not working in my machine.

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

I really like the dynamic format test sigma have to set up step by step our automated processes. Also, I enjoy the way it allows us to identify in which step our process failed or does it nailed it.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

There are many ways to organize our steps, functions, and how to call them on executions, I consider it would be a little simpler

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to identify the steps where my program is having an issue, so, considering it runs daily it allows my team to solve it as soon as we identify it
