"Fully Managed, On-Demand Testing"
What do you like best about Testlio?

Testlio provides project managers that really aid in the engagements to ensure that the testing requirements are understood and results are reviewed and provided in a timely manner. You literally can request testing for an application, web, mobile web, native applications, and expect to receive results shortly after the tests are completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testlio?

There's nothing that I've disliked in our work with Testlio to this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, responsive, high-quality mobile app testing"
What do you like best about Testlio?

We've had an excellent experience with Testlio over the last 3+ years.

Some of the "table stakes":

- thorough testing

- clear bug reports with screenshots, videos, and steps-to-reproduce.

- integration with bug-trackers (Jira in our case)

Testlio delivers on all of the above, but I've been most impressed with how flexible their process is and how excellent the project managers are.

In terms of test cases and management of the testing cycle, you can be as hands-on/off as you like. Testlio's PMs will do a great job of putting together test cycles and test cases with minimal input from us, but they will also accept and integrate as much detail as we can provide. Sometimes we provide a huge list of test cases for a new feature and the testers execute them all. Other times we say "try anything that you can think of that touches feature X". We get quality results either way.

Over the years we have made a number of times to how and how often we request testing. Typically a quick email or call with our PM is all that's required and then Testlio adapts their process to fit our new requirements.

Finally, Testlio has no trouble accommodating one-off requests for extra testing on a specific type of phone or operating system, language, etc. We get a good mix of all of these without asking, but we can always request special emphasis on any of them if we need to. What do you dislike about Testlio?

Not a lot I can think of here. It's really easy to leave the process on auto-pilot, which is typically great. Every once in a while though I'll realize that I haven't done my part of provide information on features or expected behaviors, and that testers have been (silently) thrashing as a result. A little more work on my part would get us even better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing hospitality, true facilitators, and the ultimate customer advocate"
What do you like best about Testlio?

I really appreciate Testlio's willingness to help. Most companies sell you a service, but it comes with personal attitudes about jobs being hard. With Testlio, they are accepting of the nature of their service and don't get derailed when a new priority pops up.

In a world where QA priorities can change on a whim, Testlio has proven capable of delivering flexibility with a genuine smile. This really helps us serve our customers in an even more effective and timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testlio?

Most of my complaints have either already been handled, or are in the process of being handled. From confusion around on-boarding, to how the cycle platform actually works, there's nothing that they aren't already aware and fixing, or haven't already implemented a fix for. I chalk this up to their flexibility and awareness of customer advocacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast professional service!"
What do you like best about Testlio?

The are great at communication, they got the feel of how our app works very quickly and asked intelligent, relevant questions. Whenever we were ready to push a version out to test their test cycles were fast and through. I have high confidence in them as a company which took some pressure off (they are very reliable). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testlio?

The issue tracking system that Testlio use wasn't particularly intuitive for our tech lead and software engineer to follow, they ended up taking the results and putting it into an excel spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testlio?
