## Testlio Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent testing partner with global reach and strong collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jitka H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Testlio as an external software testing partner. They have been a reliable extension of our internal teams and consistently deliver high-quality testing support across a range of projects.

One of the standout strengths of Testlio is their global network of testers. This enables true real-world testing across multiple regions, devices and environments, something that is very difficult to replicate with internal teams alone. They are particularly valuable when testing needs to cover different geographies, device types, user scenarios at scale.

Collaboration has been excellent throughout. Testlio integrates well into existing project structures, communication is clear, responsive, well organised. Having a dedicated communication channel and a structured approach to sharing documentation and updates makes day-to-day collaboration straightforward and efficient.

They are also highly responsive and adaptable. Whether refining test scope, answering detailed questions or adjusting to project timelines, the team engages proactively and works closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment. This is particularly important in projects where requirements evolve.

From a delivery perspective, Testlio provides structured testing execution, comprehensive defect reporting, regular progress updates. This helps maintain visibility and control throughout the testing lifecycle. Their outputs are clear and actionable, making it easy for internal teams to prioritise and address issues quickly.

Another key benefit is their ability to support specialist testing needs, including areas such as accessibility and broader quality assurance coverage that may not always be fully resourced internally.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Testlio to organisations looking for a scalable, professional, collaborative testing partner. They are especially valuable for teams that need global coverage, diverse device testing, additional capacity without compromising on quality.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Testlio consistently deliver high quality work: flexible, approachable, highly responsive, exceptionally precise. Working with Testlio is like having an extension of your own team. If you’re launching a new system, they can help you test more efficiently, achieve more thorough coverage, gain valuable insights along the way.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio provides a QA team if your QA team is absent or busy. User acceptance testers may be busy with their day to day work and not able to provide thorough enough testing. Testlio extends the team. The Testlio testers are experts in testing, they have an eye for detail that users may not have.

Writing test scripts could be time consuming, especially for someone who doesn't do it every day. Testlio resolved that problem by producing their own test scripts based on limited information we provided. These test scripts were also useful for our own internal testers.

Testing world-wide provides an excellent opportunity to check in-situ if the site works as it should in that country, without using proxy servers, which may be unreliable.

  ### 2. Testlio: A Source for Top-Notch Testers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The team has continued to be incredibly reliable as our testing needs have scaled. The automation experts we work with have maintained their exceptional standards, and we've been thoroughly impressed with how seamlessly they adapt to our evolving project requirements.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

They have actually made great strides in expanding their domain expertise since my last review! If I had to pick a new area for improvement, it would just be adding a bit more customization to the reporting dashboards.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio solves a bunch of problems for me. Before, it was a struggle to find the right testers with the skills I needed, especially when projects got busy. Their platform gives me access to a huge pool of skilled testers, so I can find the perfect match, and scale up or down as my projects change.

Their platform makes managing the whole testing process way easier too. I can create test cases, track bugs, and see the results all in one place. This saves me serious time.

Sometimes I need really specialized testers, like someone who knows accessibility guidelines inside out. Testlio always has those experts on-hand.

Overall, Testlio lets me focus on building my product, knowing it's being thoroughly tested by the best people. This means better quality for my users and less stress for me!

  ### 3. QA Learning Platform with Straightforward Onboarding

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel D.

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

I love that Testlio offers comprehensive QA testing education, which greatly enhances my understanding and skills in quality assurance testing. This aspect is particularly valuable as it prepares me for diverse testing needs and potential career prospects. I appreciate the opportunity Testlio provides for learning detailed procedures involved in QA testing, which is essential for my roles in web and app development. The fact that Testlio teaches QA testing well is a standout feature for me, as it equips me with necessary skills that are not only applicable to my personal projects but also hold promise for generating income if I get the opportunity to work with Testlio. This ability to gain knowledge and potentially earn through Testlio is quite appealing. Additionally, the process of learning through Testlio is straightforward and accessible, making it easier for someone in my position to engage effectively with the material and apply it practically.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

I feel that the application process with Testlio could be improved, although it is already quite good. It's more about a personal preference, thinking there might be something more to enhance even though it's sufficient. Overall, I find it generally acceptable.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Testlio, I gained knowledge about QA testing, supporting my development work and providing a potential income source if I join their team.

  ### 4. Testing Engineer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

We can find supprt from locate tester to finish the testing task which we cann't in the traditional way.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

I don't think we found any dispoint with Testlio

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need test lots of local payment such as local credit card or E-wallet all over the world. The local tester will help us finished testing task with local currency and local language.

  ### 5. can cover a lot of devices and test cases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

A lot of people with the different range of devices

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Not much, they work fine and I'm completely satisfied

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missing devices

  ### 6. Improved quality and lower costs with an easy transition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan F. | CTO\COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Moving from an on staff QA team to a hybrid team with Testlio improved our product quality and reduced overall costs. The account team is incredibly responsive and has gone above and beyond both during onboarding and week to week managing of the testers.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

The only real downside was our increased documentation requirements, but even then, Testlio has handled our testing needs with minimal to no documentation.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio allows us to scale our QA team up and down as releases happen. Being able to come back to overnight or weekend test runs with actionable issues for our devs is wonderful

  ### 7. Perfect Testing/QA Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio has been a perfect partner for us; in addition to the complete scope of testing services Testlio offers, they have made it very easy to incorporate a third party within our process. Testlio has integrated Slack and Jira, they attend our grooming meetings and have accepted and adapted to feedback with open arms. This type of partnership is crucial as we are a continuous improvement shop and a growing company. We also really like the financial model as testing can sometimes be a hurry-up-and-wait game; Testlio's payment model is perfect.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

There is nothing I can pick out that I dislike; Testlio listens and adapts when changes or improvement areas are identified.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing well is an expensive practice, especially with all the different screen sizes, devices, and operating systems in play. Testlio solves the complete problem of testing for us in an efficient and cost-effective way.

  ### 8. Great team to partner with - extremely helpful and flexible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer W. | Director, Digital Web, Mobile & Connected Platform Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio has been a fantastic addition to our testing team. They have been incredibly flexible and effective to an extent that is actually hard to express. They have helped to find so many issues in our products and make our products better in every area that we have asked them to contribute. They have been awesome when finding things that may or may not be issues - sometimes something that looks "weird" may be working as intended. They question but don't push - we often run into unintended delays or redirects, but they've been fantastic at either redirecting resources or suggesting other uses of test time - it's been a delightful and highly productive relationship from the start.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

That we didn't start using them earlier than we did.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing a wider variety of devices and user approaches for testing and they have also added automation where it didn't exist before and we did not have the resources to develop it. They also have provided user testing with very unique feedback gathering mechanisms that gave us insight that was extremely helpful and previously hard to convey to product.

  ### 9. Fantastic Teamwork and Worldwide Excellence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael J. | QA Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

I love Testlio because Adam & Anna are so easy to work with. They are very flexible and always asking what more can we do for them. They’re a very supportive, and organized team, and make my life as QA Lead easier. Additionally, as an international app, their coverage across countries is invaluable. It's been such a bonus getting testing on localization, translations, regression, and more. They're also very good with identify edge cases on devices we don't carry, and would otherwise miss.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Would love to get even more testers on our project.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Device coverage, finding critical issues in our software, we have less production bugs thanks to them.

  ### 10. Cost effective means of testing that integrates into your team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio works like a test organization integrated directly into our team and standups at a fraction of the cost of hiring a test team. Furthermore, it scales as we need more testing resources and shrinks back down when we don't. We've found them to be flexible and capable of keeping the quality of our application high.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

While Testlio is in every standup they're no in every water cooler conversation like you would have with people who were full-time members of your team. With that said, if you have a test lead that is a full-time member directly Testlio you could get the best of both worlds. We've not found the need for that so far as the test lead from Testlio has been integrated enough.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio has filled the role of test lead for us writing tests to cover the cases we need as well as test manager for creating runs and providing the testers themselves that execute the runs. We're in talks with them for writing and running automated tests as well, but as of now don't have experience with that offering from them. In addition, they've offered guidance on accessibility and usability testing that we are evaluating.

  ### 11. Importance of TaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

- Regular, customized check in with AE, Test Leads
- Constructive feedback of improving our relationship and processes (our company <-> Testlio, two-way street)
- Edge cases being caught
- Improvements to certain user experiences
- Ease of use of Testlio's Dashboard
- Jira integration with Testlio's Dashboard
- Variety of services provided (e.g automation)

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

- Sometimes, it's difficult to get a filed bug removed from test cases which ends up not being a bug
- Some of the UX feedback ends up not being helpful

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given that we are a smaller company without a QA team, Testlio has been very beneficial in catching bugs that we may not have time to find out (various edge cases). This helps us focus on delivering features while we asynchronously receive feedback on bugs.

  ### 12. Testlio is a high Quality Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark D. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The team is buttoned up, professional, and transparent. They understand how to interact with companies of various sizes, which is important to us as a start-up. They always treat us like we're their top customer.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

You need to find a good mapping between their test case management software and what you use in-house. We use JIRA which most folks out there do. Their software is easy to use, but we were worried about vendor lock and wanted to own our test case, test run data.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio helps us scale our testing across platforms and locations without needing to worry about additional staffing overhead

  ### 13. Filling the Gap by Augmenting our Test Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio is completely customer-centric. That fact has been evident from initial scoping calls, to the regular meeting we have as a part of operations. They do a fantastic job of listenting to our needs and then laying out a plan to have their team best help us and fill our testing gaps.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

No complaints about Testlio. Any misteps or miscommunications are remediated quickly.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an extremely lean engineering team. Testlio helps us in 2 main areas. Originally they were brought on to help augment our sprintly regression tests cases (manual) that were falling behind. Over time, many of our cases became prime candidates for test automation and they now also help us build and maintain our automated test suite.

  ### 14. The people make the product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The Testlio Account Managers are fantastic!! There is no problem too big or too small that they can't take on with a smile on their face.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

The only downside is coordinating the location-specific tests. They do a great job, just some things are tough to test.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run many new features through Testlio to ensure there are no bugs or issues prior to releasing to the public.

  ### 15. Regression testing done easy with Testlio!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edwin S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

- Effortless QA/Regression testing
- Extremely responsive and knowledgable team
- Allows us to concentrate on other intiatives

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

- There is really nothing at this moment I can think of

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Provides manual testing for new features at a moments notice
- Allows our team to focus on pushing further features knowing regression testing is covered
- Provides constant updates on new bugs or will happily reach out if they have an questions that requires clarification
- Easy to work with!

  ### 16. Expertise and understanding make for great partnership

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Responsive, knowledgable and adaptable, combined with genuine subject matter expertise in realtion to VOD/streaming platform QC.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Nothing to dislike; the service has been exceptional.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio has very helpful in helping us maintain high-quality standards across our partner streaming platforms.

  ### 17. Testlio review from Faria

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serhiy K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

I liked working with Iuliia Fomenko and Illia Ihnatov on testing activities. They consistently demonstrated high professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding results. They not only come up with questions but instantly propose solutions as well.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Sometimes you may see Testlio cooperating with Russian testers. I can't understand that since Russia keeps killing Ukrainians and demonstrating hate for Western civilization.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By relying on your mobile testing services, we have minimized the occurrence of bugs and glitches in our production systems. This has significantly contributed to enhancing the overall user experience and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  ### 18. Good manual test solution if understaffed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

They have a lot of flexibility in terms of what they can offer a growing organization over time. They truly aim to keep their customers happy. They are also always looking for ways they can improve the service they offer you.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

They are usually looking for the upsell, so sometimes they go into a new service they could offer you as a solution to what trouble you might be having and 15 minutes later when they ask you what you think you are like, not interested.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main advantage is being able to test software on a large array of devices allowing us to catch visual defects which might not have been found by a developer using a standard screen device. Similarly on different Android/iOS versions

  ### 19. Flexible Testing Resource

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The friendliness and approachability of the test team.
Scheduling flexibility and ability to handle ad hoc test requests.
Ability to work off hours and from around the world.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Not enough exposure to high-level metrics which show the effectiveness of testing.
It took a long time to ramp up and get the test team to understand the system.
Too many false positive tests, and I feel the team still isn't engaging with the team enough to drive effective testing independently.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio is our QA team handling integration and regression testing.
They are responsible for test case creation and execution.
Their testing comes from the perspective of our users and is driven by requirements.

  ### 20. Professional experienced team that communicates well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

I like the level of communication we have with Testlio. It helps set accurate expectations on both sides. I have also found them to be flexible and helpful when we have quick turnaround requirements or special requests.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Occasionally we have had trouble with testers getting access to specific testing devices, which can cause problems when we need to investigate platform-specific edge-case bugs.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio helps us extensively and exhaustively test our complex products in ways our internal team does not have the experience or bandwidth to do. We depend on them to uncover device and platform-specific bugs we would otherwise miss.

  ### 21. Testlio provides professional and courteous testers to help test our multiple products!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

They are an extension of our QA team. They integrate well and care about understanding the product and culture of each team to provide the best testing experience.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Because they're not employees of our company, we need to always make sure they have the right access and can log in to our apps, which could take up to two weeks sometimes.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are understaffed and they're able to fill in to test our apps and attend scrum meetings for us. Without their help, we wouldn't be able to fully test the integration between our products either.

  ### 22. Testlio is doing a great job

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The correspondents from Testlio are very responsive. They usually cater to what we're looking for and provide results in a very short turnaround period.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

The vetting process of Testlio's hires could be a bit better. Their platform is also confusing to use, regardless of how often they break it down for us.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve our regression testing needs and one-off requests. That helps us because the internal folks can focus more on their own tasks.

  ### 23. Testlio Experience was Amazing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

They were as friendly and professional as possible at the same time. Their work was thorough and fast! They helped us out every time we were in a pinch every time we asked.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

There is nothing I can think of at this time.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing 3D tool performance on a web browser across a wide range of mobile devices on a fast timeline.

  ### 24. helpful on demand testing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

split across different geographies and device types, fast response and good customer service

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

I can't think of anything, pretty happy with them.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

testing across geographies and device types

  ### 25. Responsive & Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The whole process was very straightforward.
I find the team very reliable.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

My only suggestion is that it would be good to have a point of contact closer to our time zone (UK)

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us test our product in regions where we do not have our employees also allows us to test the products with the help of native speakers.

  ### 26. The Best Testing Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Their staff, approach to testing, and implementations with our platforms.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

The token system can be a little confusing sometimes. Thankfully, their staff can convert it to hours for you.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are improving our UI/UX experience.

  ### 27. Committed team, flexible, fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marti R. | Head of Product, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

I have been working with Testlio for over a year. Their primary focus has been on functional testing of the application flows and UX research, recently.
I find them really committed to us. They care how things go and constantly try to improve and search for additional options on how they can be more valuable to us (kudos Mariliis)
Testlio's team is great. They manage to set up test runs with short notice and provide prompt results in a well-organised way (kudos Kristjan).

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Difficult to think of something. Issue tracking system probably requires some improvement but Testlio is now integrated into our task management system so all bugs reported end up there, i.e. directly on the dev team's table.
Initially, in some cases, they focused on the unrelated topics in the test runs, but things got clarified and that has long not been the case anymore.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their primary focus is on functional testing and UX research.
They help to make sure that our application works on different devices and product flows are without issues.
We benefit from improved UX and higher CS as a result.

  ### 28. So far, so great ...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick W. | COO/Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

My initial concerns were that I would need to write a lot of test plans for Testlio to execute. So far, I've only needed to write up some simple documentation on how something works and then they have taken it from there. Based on the bugs they have been able to find, the test coverage seems deep and wide for each area we decide to test. The bugs are presented on a dashboard for me to review. They always include a video to show to reproduce the bug and their system plugs into our GitHub account. Since I review all the bugs in the Testlio portal before they are imported into GitHub, our engineers don't waste time considering things that I don't feel are high priority or are functioning as designed. As we close the bugs in GitHub, they are closed in Testlio's portal as well.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

This isn't a "dislike" but we don't use Testlio to test features before they go live. We evolve our site very quickly based on customer feedback and accept that there may be issues with new features. Some are bugs and some are specifications that we didn't think of until we got end-user feedback. Testlio has been focused on parts of the site that are more stable and where the specification has settled down. We have no internal QA resources other than automated unit tests and product management time. Testlio provides rigorous testing on multiple devices and browsers as well as test scenarios that would just take too long for our internal team to set up and execute.

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

Testlio has a great onboarding process.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Testlio to ensure high quality on our mature core features. The bugs they find are often browser or device-specific. They also find issues with features that are subtle and part of the initial user experience which often is overlooked in internal testing.

  ### 29. Testlio helps us to test worldwide

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto M. | Vice-presidente de QA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio is terribly flexible, a great advantage is how they use their model of having QAs all over the world so localization testing and related stuff is not an issue anymore. Also they execute test runs pretty fast and offer testing related services (test plan creation, automation etc).

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

The only real downside I could think about is how our contract works, we pay for a certain amount of hours each quater and if we don't use them, we loose them. Needless to say that it's not their fault if we don't manage to use all the available hours, but being given that our QA workload is not stable in time it's unconvenient sometimes.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer international services but sometimes we cannot cover the testing necessities for those services (sometimes we don't have any QAs who know a certain language, or maybe we need to test a payment provider that only accepts a bank account or card from certain locations and we don't have people there). Testlio fixes all those problems for us.

  ### 30. Testlio is top notch

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay S. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio does fantastic work. They're efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. They've been extraordinarily helpful to us in getting us to stabilize our service.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

I don't have any major complaints with Testlio. They've been professional and up front with me from the very get-go. They're not the cheapest option out there for platform testing, but you get what you pay for.

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

Make a point to interview different options before committing to a tester.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio runs testing, performance, and user experience checks on our website and app each week. Insomuch that we've had long-running issues with stability, Testlio has helped us get a better handle on the scope of our problems.

  ### 31. Great support at an early stage

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The team at Testlio that supports my own team in scheduling test runs. They are always very accommodating and engaged. The UI of their platform is pretty nice as well.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Getting the test plans finalized on the Testlio platform is often pretty cumbersome. Also, the more a product grows in complexity, the harder the dependencies are to manage.

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

Testlio has been great at bridging the QA-gap in the early months of my product. Can definitely recommend working wih them. They have a large pannel of services as well, not just regression testing.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My product didn't have many users, so we couldn't rely on them to report issues. Internally, we didn't have a QA person, so Testlio has dramatically supported the product organization in improving the quality of our product.

  ### 32. Professional, friendly, and accommodating

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** May M. | Customer Support & Operations Managers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Westin and Sidhi were always proactive in preparing for our test runs. Westin managed the relationship flawlessly with constant updates and touchpoints and Sidhi took charge of creating all the steps in test scripts and was quick to edit test scripts when last-minute changes arose, ensuring testing was thorough.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Flexibility in rollover hours. Westin definitely advocated for us to roll over hours when our third-party developer could not hit deadlines which resulted in pushing out testing, but we understood it's a resourcing requirement for Testlio, but possibly a creative solution to meet halfway?

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio offers testers around the globe with several browsers and devices. They are able to find bugs that our small team may have missed to improve UX on our site which will eventually lead to increased revenue.

  ### 33. Huge Help for Large Scale Feature Testing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily P. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Their ability to test with a large number of accounts.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

The extra time it takes to explain features you want tested.

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

Feel open to submit your own unique edge test cases to your account manager, they really like that sort of feedback to make sure they cover all of the cases you want to ensure get covered.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are filling the void of high-volume testing that we can't do at our company because of the lack of resources and time.

  ### 34. Testlio has been a trusted testing partner for several years

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun T. | VP of Product and Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Their strength is to learn a products features over a few test cycles and to also understand the way we prioritize bugs very quickly. So the bugs are on target!

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Testlio is very good at UI and UX testing. We have some projects that focus on the backend (API, DB, etc.). Testlio still provides value when they test for these projects but their strength is on the UI and UX side.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier on Testlio provided the entire testing effort for one of our apps. More recently they have augmented our in-house testing team in getting more coverage as well as time savings. We plan to also work with them for UX testing!

  ### 35. Great Partnership to ensure quality NBA Products & Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun W. | Senior QA | Release Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testing Coverage, Flexibility, Turnaround

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

There is nothing I can say we dislike about Testlio. One improvement is the test case platform could be a bit more user-friendly so we can easily share / export cases for review.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Increased testing coverage with minimal internal resources.
- International QA coverage
- The availability of testers with all the platforms we support

  ### 36. QA testing site which pays testers by the hour and has a great community of leads and testers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The most remarkable thing is the diverse team of testers who do QA and app localization for Testlio's clients. The website pays testers by the hour compared to their competitors, who do it mainly by the number of bugs submitted by the testers. Incredibly helpful team and staff who help the testers at any stage

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

QA tester's rating system is not fully implemented across all the platforms Testlio uses leading to many testers with no ratings. This creates a first-come, first-serve basis for assigning testers instead of assigning on the basis of the tester's ratings for some projects.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio is primarily involved in app and website localization in various languages. Using multiple third-party platforms such as rocket chat, LILT, contentful, and Jira for localization. They help in apps and website content to be more suitable and non-offensive to other languages and cultures.

  ### 37. Great Resource for QA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio provides us access to all devices in our digital ecosystem, without building out labs in our homes or offices.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Live Support - This does not happen often, but when we have high priority monetization issues in Production, I often feel like Testlio should be our oncall resource to help pinpoint the issues. Often we take it into our own hands given then turn around times for getting a tester on a device on short notice. I'd love to get better at this when urgency is needed but it's also hard to plan for these moments.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monetization of content across O&O platforms.

  ### 38. Great customer success team. Good results with their test process, philosophy and platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

I like working with their customer success team. They care deeply about delivering what they promise and take care of all the hard work to make it happen.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

It can take time to get up to speed and get good results. Once the test cases are in and there have been several rounds of refinement, the process gets easier and the results better.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't need to hire an inhouse QA team and scale it up as our product expands. This means we don't need to hire QA managers, testers and manage the entire process ourselves. It saves us a ton of time and money as a small startup.

  ### 39. Friendly and professional team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe A. | Head of Support Account Management (Strategic Clients), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

They are like working with colleagues rather than a service provider, great collaboration and communication.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

They are not optimised for time sensitive SMS industry testing (but this is expected so not a problem).

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to perform tests in SMS markets previously unreachable.

  ### 40. Using Testlio as our partners has enhanced our capability to thoroughly test our application.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

- The Testlio platform is intuitive and easy to use
- Being able to leverage a network of experienced testers
- The Testlio team - they have been terrific partners

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

- I wish it was easier to export reports, but Testlio has partnered with us to create workarounds.
- I wish Testlio could alert users when an issue pertains to them.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We launched a new paid subscription application and needed additional testing to ensure functionality. Having experienced testers on demand made testing smoother and enabled us to deliver a high-quality product to our customer base.

  ### 41. Testlio helps to speedup the release cycle

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher T. | Sr. Quality Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio quickly covers the manual test scenarios at the beginning of the release cycle, discovers the issues earlier to meet the release deadline
Testlio is extremely helpful for startup software companies to run manual tests on different platforms and devices

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

cannot think about anything that I dislike at this moment

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio helps our company on manual tests to cover weekly release regressions. It helps to free up the resources to do the automation and new feature tests.

  ### 42. Testlio designs and executes test plans that enable us to find and to fix bugs before deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff L. | Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio's engineers actively engage in learning our software and in creating a broad range of "use cases" for their tests.

We exchange information and improve tests with Testlio engineers continually. Their experience and drive create an innovative and collaborative environment that enables software developers to focus on their tasks while an independent group of Testlio engineers protect our customers from experiencing bugs that superficial or in-house testing would miss.

There's a saying that you never get a second chance to make a first impression. If your customers find bugs in your software, your reputation suffers, and it can be expensive in time and effort to regain it. Having independent professionals test and review your work protects both your customers and your reputation. It also enables us to deploy software more quickly and with greater confidence.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

No problems, but they often find software issues that we realize that we should've identified.

The process is self-correcting: as they find bugs they help software developers to avoid introducing them in the future.

This cycle of testing and feedback among software developers, end users, and test engineers leads to a more efficient and productive process.

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

Ask Testlio engineers about their approach to developing and implementing test plans. Also, ask to review the software that they use to report and to monitor the status of bugs.

They've improved their software during the tenure of our contract and are continually seeking to improve their processes. You might want to ask Testlio for a demonstration.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By consulting with end-users and software developers, Testlio's engineers learn to test the software as our users do - in environments that software developers can't reproduce.

Through delegating testing tasks to experienced experts at Testlio, our testing has become broader, more thorough, and more reliable. We are able to delegate those tasks only because Testlio has demonstrated their expertise and experience.

Testlio also enables us to continue to use our bug management software to exchange data with theirs, so that we have full round-trip communication using our existing tools.

  ### 43. Ver organized and good communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio does the testing in a really organized way with excellent and prompt communication skills. Their test planning is really effective and delivers the results within deadlines.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

They can show the test results in more detail that shows how many tests and suites were executed. This helps us to debug easily and gain more insights. Rest everything is really great.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All software testing is performed by testlio and we rely on them for release and production sign-offs. They help in reducing regression and help us to build a more rigorous product.

  ### 44. The best possible external testing solution you could find!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Serdar M. | Director, Product Engineering , Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Expert advice, Dealing with professionals that understand the industry, our requirements and make recommendations that really helps us improve our product and increase testing quality.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Honestly had no negative experiences to speak of.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality of our testing, testing velocity and improved testing processes and best practices. Overall lead to greater value to our team, customers and in a shorter period of time.

  ### 45. Great overall test execution and reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio's process from planning the test suit to execution is very streamlined and they report any issues very in a very detailed and precise manner. Overall great experience working with them.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Nothing major to dislike about Testlio, they are great in what they do. One thing that they can improve on is that they can better expose the test cases that they execute in a brief manner.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use testlio for our software testing and they help us in identifying bugs associated with any new release or feature.

  ### 46. Accelerate your Functional Testing Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio services allow you to increase your functional testing velocity through their international network of testers. It allowed us to test more in less time.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

If you are not integrating with Jira, tracking tickets is painful and manual. This creates more burden on the team who is managing the Testlio team.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testlio essentially became our QA team for a massive app we developed and launched testing on both Android and iOS. For Android, they functioned as our exclusive testers as no employees had Android devices.

  ### 47. My review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Seems to have quite a bit of POC turn around...they aren't leaving but our contacts are changing

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ability to regression test and keep projects on track. Your team helps us conduct testing off hours

  ### 48. Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

The testers and reports generated are amazing. Each run is taking with care and it's very easy to read the testers notes. Checkins are regular and we work well together to improve our relationship

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

I would like an integration into our task tracking platform, but other than that things are great!

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

Definitely look around the QA service companies and you will realie that testlio is the best!

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are easily able to test items in english and chinese. Being able to do this in house will prove almost impossible for our stage and has allowed us to stay focused on our product rather than worrying about building our a QA department

  ### 49. Great team to work with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rod W. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

Testlio has put together a great team to fulfill our QA testing needs. They help us to move faster and still deliver a quality product to our customers. I like that we get access to a large number of QA people that give different perspectives.

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Working with Testlio or any outside QA organization requires more coordination. We had hiccups initially in communications but, issues were resolved in an upfront collaborative way.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure we deliver a quality product to our customers

  ### 50. Great QA partner

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Testlio?**

They fully integrate with our existing teams and processes

**What do you dislike about Testlio?**

Minor dislike: Need 2 days of heads-up to run our full regression test.

**Recommendations to others considering Testlio:**

If you are looking for a QA team that can easily integrate with your current team and processes, then Testlio is definitely worth considering.

**What problems is Testlio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted better test coverage and a scalable testing team. Testlio caters to these needs and more.
