I didn't face any issues using TestFirst, but it doesn't have Mac support and some of our applications require to be tested on MacOS, so it's a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Ease of use - After the login, all the flows are self explanatory. A user needs almost no time to get to using the application.
2. Exploratory testing feature - It makes the life of a tester very easy. It is always available for the tester on screen to be able to create a test case or a defect on the go.
3. Test execution module - The tool provides the user with an option to record the execution in the form of images or video which can be used for the Defects and also as evidence of execution when needed.
4. Annotation - We can Easily annotate the images during the execution.
5. Only required things - It has only the things we use 100% of the time. They have omitted some features that confuse the users.
6. Reports - Very useful feature. It gives a proper insight of the progress and they work seemlessly.
7. Test case fragments - Eliminates the redundency in the test cases.
8. Seemless integration with JIRA - We can automatically create defects directly from the app without opening JIRA.
And so many other awesome features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
