"Easy & Effective Employee Recognition Program"

What do you like best about Terryberry?

Once set up, Terryberry automatically sends messages to our employees on their significant anniversaries. There is a good selection of products at each level and our employees appreciate being able to select their own gift. Terryberry staff have also been helpful in getting retirement gifts for us as well, which was not part of the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Terryberry?

We are a non profit, so cost is a consideration -- we have appreciated that there were a variety affordable levels with Terryberry's program when compared to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Terryberry solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a way to recognize our employee's significant anniversaries -- our previous program required us to "buy" cards and have on hand. Terryberry is nice because it's an on demand program and we don't need to keep excess inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"They Do an Amazing Job Handling Our Service Recognition Awards"

What do you like best about Terryberry?

My contact with Terryberry, Samiya Jordan-Byrd, Is always friendly and responds quickly to any inquiries I may have. Once a month we receive our packets to hand out to our employees who have stuck with our organization anywhere from 5 to 50 years so that they might choose a reward. I've never had a delayed delivery, and on the off occasion that my organization missed adding someone to the spreadsheet for prizes, they're quick to help remedy the situation and send a packet out for us to give them. The prizes our employees choose don't take forever to show up and they're always enthusiastic about the variety of items they get to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Terryberry?

It shows that their work has not gone unnoticed, and they are appreciated. In turn, their productivity improves. Investing in employees helps the organization in a positive way that benefits all. What do you like best about Terryberry?

The Account Managers have been super helpful and have gotten us the information correctly and on time. I like that the billing and invoicing is available as well on the website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
