What do you dislike about Terryberry?

Very unreliable service. The gifts are often underwhelming, and the quality does not justify the prices. The selection is fairly average, and shipping is unpredictable at best. Delivery times are excessively long from the date of order to arrival. Shipping costs feel outrageously high for the level of service provided. To make matters worse, customer service is disappointing and unhelpful when issues arise. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. What do you like best about Terryberry?

It is very easy to use. I just send a spreadsheet of the people who need to be contacted and Terryberry does the rest. I don't have to spend time inputting each person myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
