**What do you like best about Terillium?**

Terillium has been in the JD Edwards space for many years.  As a result, they have a strong and deep team combined with a methodology that helps us meet our business needs.  They can provide answers and solutions to any JD Edwards questions that we have.  

They utilize their full experienced team to help get the solutions to any issue we encounter or improvements that we would like to make.  We feel that they really know JD Edwards and what it can and cannot do.  They have seen a lot of scenarios with many different clients over a long timeframe.

I feel we have a very good "extended team" relationship where they are an extension of our internal JDE team.  This helps augment with deep technical expertise and overflow work that we cannot handle on our own in a very flexible, responsive and agile manner.

The primary support team that I work with on an almost daily basis is top notch.  They are very experienced with excellent communication skills and technical ability.  I feel that any item we need assistance with will be covered in the desired timeframe and quality level.

**What do you dislike about Terillium?**

None that I can think of.  Overall a very good partner.  If there are ever any concerns, they have been very responsive in resolving in a timely manner.

**Recommendations to others considering Terillium:**

We have had very good luck with Terillium as our JD Edwards partner and the Managed Services team.

They have a strong team and strong experience in the JD Edwards space.  

We appreciate their flexibility to help us meet our JD Edwards needs and ensure our ERP system is running at the top level it can.

When there is a JD Edwards need, I know they have it covered at the quality levels that are expected.

**What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terillium assists us with multiple areas in relation to our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system:
Managed Services - CNC and System Administration
Managed Services - Development
Managed Services - Functional Assistance

General JD Edwards best practices and a trusted partner for advice on managing and utilizing JD Edwards to the full capability
Project Work - Major Upgrades, Company Mergers, etc.
Licensing compliance and purchases

We have been working with Oracle Financials for the past 8 plus years and have gather knowledge along the way but when we encounter an area where we need assistance we know we can rely on the team at Terillium to provide the expert guidance to resolve the situation.

**What do you like best about Terillium?**

Terillium is pretty quick to respond to emails, and always answers the phone during an emergency.

**What do you dislike about Terillium?**

The downside is not being a full-time headcount means I can't just shoot a teams message for quick questions, and instead need to open tickets and wait for it to be assigned to ask a question.

**Recommendations to others considering Terillium:**

Ensure the amount of support you will require makes sense for managed services. If you need a lot of support, and have a lot of questions a full time staff member is better.

**What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terillium provides managed services for CNC & DBA to our company, allowing us access to technical expertise without needing full time headcount.

In your support requests, be as detailed as possible so as to reduce the back and forth communications necessary.

**What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terillium is frequently able to provide information about how E1 should be used, it's capabilities, and what it cannot do. Their support team is also useful at resolving issues quickly (system slowness, errors, etc.). Their team is also currently working with us in a years long project to get all our operations off of World and onto JDE 9.2. Their team is knowledgeable, communicative, and professional.

Super responsive, very helpful and are great at working with us to solve any problems or answering general questions.

**What do you dislike about Terillium?**

I haven't had any negative experiences. Sometimes it would be nice to have this expertise in house when working on a project that we really don't understand what the end goal is, however this isn't a problem with Terillium.

**What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terillium assists us with larger NetSuite related projects that we don't have the resources or expertise internally to handle.

There were some solutions that were offered a Suite partners in NetSuite which Terillium was not familiar with.

Ask Questions, the details are important. Make sure you understand the process set up.

**What do you like best about Terillium?**

The thing I appreciate most about Terillium beyond their wealth of knowledge and technical ability is their stellar teaching abilities. Sure there are times where we'll put in a one off ticket just for help editing a form or removing some stuck inventory, but they're always willing to explain what's happening and why so our team knows what's going on no matter how big or small the issue is. I'll also add that they've taken the time and effort to actually understand our business outside of NetSuite so they can better advise what would work best. Not every consulting company would do that, and it really sets Terillium apart.

**What do you dislike about Terillium?**

To me the only downside of Terillium is the NetSuite users we have reserved for them. It's a choice we made to make it easier to work with them, and it has absolutely been worth it, but it does mean we have two more active user licenses than we otherwise would.

**What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terillium has been an integral partner in our implementation of NetSuite. We've utilized their skills for help with things as small as tracking down one or two lines of phantom inventory in our system to helping us revamp our entire work order process. Their knowledge has been invaluable to us, since most of our team weren't very experienced with NetSuite when we began using it. They've helped our team, and me specifically, learn a lot about how saved searches function, and have been especially valuable in work with our printable forms. Beyond the actual work of building things in NetSuite, they're a fantastic resource for questions about best practices. They have truly great advice for how to tackle NetSuite projects when our team is unsure of where to go next.

**What do you like best about Terillium?**

Quick results on all requests and a friendly staff.

**What do you dislike about Terillium?**

I have not experienced anythng that I dislike about Terillium.

**What problems is Terillium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating dynamic searches to verify our costing, shipping, and inventory levels.  Helped in creating automated auto-emails sent to customers for invoicing directly from NetSuite, created csv import template.  All of these aspects have saved us a ton of time with processing and researching manually.

**What do you like best about Terillium?**

Their team is very knowledgeable about the NetSuite product, and they can be counted on to deliver timely solutions to our issues/requests.  Unlike some other consulting providers, they are focused on the satisfaction of their customer base and don't treat you like an opportunity to sell more.

**What do you dislike about Terillium?**

I don't have any dislikes.  They don't have every answer, but they work hard to get the results we need.
