"Consider Teramind if you are looking for an employee activity tracking program."

What do you like best about Teramind?

Teramind can be drilled right down to the second of what an employee is doing. You can watch live feed, recorded feed, set up analytics to compare quickly and many other things. The customer support has been wonderful and any issues are taken care of within 24 hours. I also have a weekly call with my representative that has made me much more comfortable in the environment and able to quickly get what I need and not take many hours. What problems is Teramind solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teramind allows us to track hours that employees are working and also how productive they are while working. We are able to set URL's as productive or unproductive and it really helps give you a quick overview. I can also see if employee's are taking time off and not requesting it off. One of the most valuable aspects of Teramind is its behavior alerts and customizable policies. These tools allow us to monitor communications, track potentially risky behavior, and understand overall employee sentiment. The system helps maintain transparency while still respecting user privacy when configured properly. In addition, the session recording and remote desktop access features have made it much easier to identify and resolve issues quickly when employees experience technical problems. Although Teramind is highly capable, the user interface can be difficult to navigate, especially for new administrators. There are many options, settings, and modules, which can make setup and day-to-day management more complex than necessary. Customizing reports and filtering data across a large number of endpoints can also be slow at times. From seamless deployment to real-time insights and user-friendly dashboards, everything has worked exceptionally well for our organization. The support team is responsive, and the solution itself is well-aligned with the evolving needs of our growing workforce.

📈 However, as our team size continues to grow, we are in the process of expanding our license base. While we are committed to continuing with Teramind due to our long-standing relationship and satisfaction with the product, we’ve noticed that some competitors are offering more aggressive pricing on similar offerings.

"Best compliance software providing Tracking with Intelligence"

What do you like best about Teramind?

The latest updates of TERAMIND, bring smart monitoring, better reporting and strong security. Major features include increased audit trails for video access, new BI report filters (eg by status or agent group), and interactive message templates for better rule enforcement. This smooth screen also enhances performance with playback and clever blackout masking. The MAC agent stability has been improved, and earlier this year support for Zoom Team Chat Monitoring was added. What do you dislike about Teramind?

An area can improve teramind is in its real -time application tracking and execution analysis. Although it offers strong surveillance tools, there is a difference in setting time-based filters specifically associated with the application execution-such as when an app was really opened, was used, and when, in a more filterable and flexible manner. Additionally, report optimization can be more dynamic, allowing users to create on-fly query or dashboard to suit specific workflows or checkups without the need for advanced BI setup.
