What do you like best about Tenstreet?

Easy to use. I love the features of the platform. Keeps everything easy and simple and organized. Customer service is supportive (if you ever need them) which in 7 years I have only need once. I am on the page frequently everyday. Is simple to upload and add information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tenstreet?

I cannot say much in the negative.

What do you like best about Tenstreet?

I love all the sorting features and the ability to export databases of drivers to import into marketing and ad-placement software/programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a tendency to either have certain features down or the platform goes down more than other software I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tenstreet solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems I solve are all related to the full cycle driver recruiting that I do. I am able to get leads in and convert them to full application easily. I am also able to reach out to applicants through email and direct message if they have the Tenstreet Pulse app. This allows seamless conversion from lead to applicant to approved driver. They also make getting paperwork and documents easy once the driver is approved so we're able to onboard them faster and get them making money faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tenstreet?

Lack of being able to be notified when new leads come in. Inability to do mass texting through the software. Simply make all your applicants check a box that they subscribe to mass texting so we can do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reapply. Every time a driver puts in a application it goes to every trucking company out there. I wish it did not got to all of them. It makes it harder to higher a driver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
