One bug I do is sometimes when connecting my iPhone the software does not recognize my phone, which could be a problem with my cable, however I have used a plenty of different ones. The quick fix is usually just restarting the program and it recognizes it instantly. Other than that small fixable problem, this software is truly the best for IPhone data recovery.
