Tenorshare 4DDiG for Mac is a very solid product, with a very solid support staff. I had issues with an external hard drive. The hard drive lost all of my data, and I was unable to find any way to recover the data, until I found Tenorshare 4DDiG. This product and service team had a lot of very good reviews online, so I decided to give it a shot. I really like the fact that you can download the software and run a recovery scan for free. That way you know if Tenorshare 4DDiG will recover the data you need, before purchasing the product. Assuming the files are small enough, you are also able to preview the files before purchasing the license and recovering the data. Once you have selected the data you recover, you are able to recover it to a computer, or to Dropbox, or to Google Drive. This was great for me, because I needed to recover a lot of data. My computer didn’t have enough space, but I was able to recover it straight to Google Drive, which did have enough space. While going through this process, I had a couple of questions which the support team responded to quickly and accurately. Thank you Tenorshare Support Team for your simple and efficient support.
