As with any AI product there is a need to spend time and effort training the system. There is also a learning curve for the data analysts so that they fully understand the true capabilities of the software. However, these requirements are not ponderous and still represent a significant reduction in time and effort versus trying to build similar capabilities in-house. The tool was quick to set up, is cloud-native, has an intuitive UI and workflow, and generates ML-based anomalies out of the box without the need for complex configurations. It is the fastest tool to onboard data for observability, while also using its own external compute to keep costs from accruing in costly warehouses. It integrates well with our data source systems and the Telmai team has been able to work within our preferred communication tools to provide real-time support and advice. The Telmai team really understands the data quality challenges very well. As a Sr VP of Data engineering for me it was critical to ensure the quality of the data my team was managing had a high degree of confidence with the stakeholders. For me, the biggest highlight is a very approachable team that was super engaged with us right from the beginning to understand our needs and wants. They are very open to feedback and can quickly act upon it.

As I led the data engineering team, my job was to build a modern and efficient data platform with highly automated data pipelines. We were impressed by Telmai's flexibility and de-coupled architecture, which make it a standout option in the market. With a wide range of adapters available, integrating Telmai with different data sources across cloud providers (such as Snowflake, Google Bigquery, and AWS S3) is a breeze. Moreover, Telmai's support for real-time API integration enables automated decisions in complex workflows, while the granular-level insights it provides make it easy to quickly review and identify patterns and drifts. The team! I got a preview of their product when they were in their initial stages and I recently again had a chance to view their product to test it out with big data and was amazed to see the rate at which the product had matured and the immense amount of features built in such a short time by a team of people that understand the problems of the data industry and have a deep know-how of the solution.
