Ease of permitting SSO-authenticated personnel access to systems. In addition, the Teleport support staff have always been friendly and knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The frequency of releases. I would like to see an LTS branch that has fewer updates (security patches only, perhaps). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teleport allows you to control remote access and permissions with MFA and SAML Integration. Its features make compliance a breeze with the ability to log and record sessions and provide granular resource access while efficiently administering user changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While super helpful, Teleport has significant upfront configuration implications, and I encourage anyone contemplating a demo or deployment of teleport not to take this lightly and test test test to get the SSL and network security correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Teleport is super easy to install and configure, with detailed instructions. The designers and engineers have thought about how the product can be used not just in a greenfield site but also in brownfield deployments.
The ability to provide RBAC access to a multitude of services is brilliant.
The support provided on the slack channel is also massively helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that the external auth connectors bar github are locked behind a paywall. I understand why this is the case, as they need a hook for elevating you off the OSS version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to use and gives an excellent zero-trust solution to give access to remote servers and resources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The documentation can be a little lacking in places. Overall I have had good experiences as an end user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent documentation. Rich and straightforward user interface. Most of the features are already part of the open-source version. A powerful and responsive community in Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Logging could be improved with HINTs for the know issues.
2. Implementation for managing multiple AWS account and AWS regions in single Teleport cluster would be a great problem solver for our org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teleport for our company provides an easy and intuitive way for our developers to access protected resources. They provide great documentation and intuitive interfaces that make onboarding a breeze. Also, they have SSO for google. I wish I found out about Teleport sooner! I plan on using Teleport for the foreseeable future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there is downtime, but that's expected with any service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ssh and app access are great, audit and alerting based on logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For quite long usage of Teleport still do not understand session ttl parameters. Its quite annoyingly to sign in every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* No need to manage user SSH keys or CI/CD credentials
* Add or remove users permissions in seconds
* Many connectors, SSH, BDD, K8s
* Integration with our Gitlab workflow using tbot
* Teleport Ansible dynamic inventory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
* Ansible connection flooding the audit logs when deploying to many servers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's in all-in-one solution for security. It seems like it could displace other vendors in place and would help me consolidate my security stack into one solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing yet! So far, everything has made sense.I guess I do find it a bit confusing right now, so I'd love to get more training and educational resources to further understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
