Their ability to customize reporting instead of canned templates has worked well for us. **What do you dislike about Telemetry BI - Mortgage Business Intelligence?** Nothing at the time of this review. Our current relationship is very satisfactory. **What problems is Telemetry BI - Mortgage Business Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Standardized reporting in an easy to read fashion accessible without any third-party software or tools. ### 2. They are also constantly updating the software with new information tools that are very helpful for the end-user. **What do you dislike about Telemetry BI - Mortgage Business Intelligence?** I have not found as of yet anything missing from this product.
