In our organization, we started using Tekst.ai primarily to bring more structure to shared mailboxes, where sometimes up to 10 colleagues share a single inbox. It provides clarity, not everyone is constantly distracted by emails that aren’t meant for them. Additionally, the draft response feature is a real time-saver, allowing us to provide customers with an initial standard reply right away. It also helps new colleagues avoid spending too much time figuring out how to phrase things to customers. The team o Tekst.ai is very approachable. There isn’t really anything specific that I disliked. In the beginning, there was of course a trial-and-error period.
