They are constantly making updates, however, sometimes those updates create unforeseen issues in other areas. The glitches can be troublesome in the middle of a busy day. Tekmetric is streamlining so many processes in my shop and improving efficiency for both my service advisor and my technicians. Technicians are able to import photos for a digital inspection easily, track their progress on a job, and communicate diagnostics with the service advisor easily. My service advisor can easily build estimates for work, check parts availability, and communicate directly with our customers all through the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
