Through TechSee, we can fix an issue common, especially for newer agents where they are unsure what the customer can see and so the steps we are providing them are based purely on Knowledge base articles, if the customer can't see it, then we can't tell them where in the page it is as we wouldn't know either. The website UI feels a bit outdated, as when we were receiving the training, the page bugged on us during the training. That was when the feature was supposed to be showcased to us so if it were to happen during an actual call, it could cause panic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
