**What do you like best about Teamwork CRM?**

It is available for mobile and computers. I love the reporting feature and how it handles the project.

The integration with 3 party tools and interface designs are not good.

Complete Sales process is running in front of your eyes. Looks Cool !:)

Easy to Setup. Rich User Interface.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

Nothing to Dislike.

Although the tool is lagging in certain areas like : Customer Support and Cost.
But how the core team is addressing the weak areas is appreciable.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamwork CRM:**

If Teamwork CRM is able to incorporate below few features, it will provide extra weightage and customer satisfaction:

- Bulk Editing of Lead / Opportunity Records.
- Email Integration.
- Integration with Social Networking sites.

**What problems is Teamwork CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Teamwork CRM to rack our Sales Processes.

We are creating Visual Reports, set up activities such as calls, tasks, meetings, or emails, which helps us in tracking and closing the current deals and predicting the future Sales.

**What do you like best about Teamwork CRM?**

Teamwork CRM makes it easy to monitor sales team activities. They provide a complete dashboard of all activities similar to a CRM. It is a simplified app that creates a pipeline for the sales team. That's great! Teamwork provides great support for users from beginning to end. It has a cool interface and forecasting features that can really predict future sales, so all users can focus on their work pipeline. It's very important for me, and I also love CRM services.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

Teamwork CRM is not for everyone. Missed deadlines are one of the dislikes, but overall, it is liked.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamwork CRM:**

Poor communication is your most common problem. You can improve your communication skills and timing.

**What problems is Teamwork CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm saving time by making contact and easily monitoring with the Teamwork CRM application. It is important in analyzing sales reports and monitoring the sales team, which should be improved to increase the success of my sales strategies. Teamwork CRM provides a single app that organizes call reports, customer information, user details, and much more. As a result, I have realized many benefits.

simple, fast, usefull, lot of options, u can use it in several projects. it's easy to setup , configure and install as long as you have previous experience

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

i didnt find any dislike, its just not for our organization. i think that google has a cheaper version, oracle version is way much expensive.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamwork CRM:**

first evaluate your group, your team, your process, then think about implementing this product. "first clean the house, then buy the furniture"

Not for our organization. we use more like oracle RN and CVS. we dont have the team that big so we can give it very good use. but we plan to setup and deploy in a client

**What do you like best about Teamwork CRM?**

The highlight is the ability to remote access and control the software from your smartphone. It virtually makes it nonexistent the need to be physically present to monitor your sales process at the desktop.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

Though the business packages are costly, the biggest issue is the lag in the software, which would a high-speed internet connection for better results. The ability to transfer large files fast is a drawback.

**What problems is Teamwork CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly for providing tech support for our existing clients and to onboard prospective clients.

It needs to restart more than other softwares

Who did not close out accounts and who did not work accounts. Love that I can send emails, and messages through it
