The best part about CRM is the ease of usage. It is not complicate and assigning task and tracking progress is in a very simplistic way and also communication with the rest of the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main problem or cons of this application is the pricing and sometimes it gets stranded due to bugs.

In my opinion it's very counterintuitive.
