The user interface for collaborators is simple but effective. With a diverse set of team members using the platform, it has been best to only show what is needed for each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found a lot of things to dislike with Teamwork Projects, but a couple of items that would be useful:
- Overall better reporting features for the entire portfolio of projects
- being able to download all project activity (when tasks were completed, by who, all comments on each tasks, etc.) for easy archival and review years down the road.
- being able to link to a local drive from within the links section
- being able to setup a tasks to complete x amount of days after the previous item has been completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Project management is pretty good. It's not as good as Monday.com by any means and the interface is like an apple user threw up all over a website. There's SO much wasted space and bad organization of data - but, it tracks time spent on tasks better than any other app out there. And that's the ONLY reason we are still there. The interface hasn't hadn't had an upgrade in the years we've been using it. Compared to something modern like Monday.com it's a dinosaur interface.
You can't do anything modern without upgrading. Want AI? Pay more. Want integration with hubspot? My bill would go from $84 a month to over $300 a month. No thanks.
If there was anyone out there that could track time for invoicing as good I'd be gone.
