What do you like best about TeamViewer?

I connected a few times during the whole subscription term and then did not need it. Well, I did connect but that is the only thing I expect from Teamviewer, right? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

Charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to renew — I requested a refund the very next day, without having used the service. Their response? Robotic references to the EULA and refusal to show any flexibility.

This is deliberate, profit-driven neglect of customers, and I'm not alone — many reviews echo the same experience.

TeamViewer used to be a trusted name. Now it's just another predatory company hiding behind fine print. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
