TeamViewer is a platform which works like anydesk. It help us in sharing screens and contents with our clients and employees working all over the world. This is the platform also enable us to get access to the devices along with screens of our newly hired teams that needs training and our clients that needs support during the service booking.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The main challenge that I faced while working on TeamViewer is that the software starts lagging when there is weak internet connection so if you want to work on it regularly then always try to access it from a strong internet availability area and go for its premium plan because free plan is has very limited features

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TeamViewer to do the troubleshooting of IT based issues for our staffs working in remote area of our country as there are certain issues that needs to be check out by professionals and can be rectified with the help of screen sharing also providing demos to new clients with the help of TeamViewer is easy as it's user interface is simple.

The connection sometimes drops, which can be really frustrating. Overall, the Pro version is great, but the free version isn’t nearly as good, and the mobile app could definitely be improved.

We work remotely, and our IT team is located overseas. So whenever I have any issues or challenges with PC/software settings, they support me remotely in a very timely manner, which helps my daily work run very smoothly.

I don’t have much to say overall, but sometimes I can’t connect because of network issues. That said, I don’t think this is caused by Teamviewer.

I like the file transfer features, and the ability to manage our client's asset management more seamlessly.

Patch management is clunky, and the copy/paste feature still does not work properly, at least in our case.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I really like TeamViewer as it enables me to use the power of my studio workstation when I am not present in the office. It implies that I can directly edit gigantic design files on my primary computer on a light laptop in a program such as After Effects. The simple ability to move certain project resources in and out of my desktop and the computer of a client also avoids the versioning headaches that are unnecessary. It is also incredibly directive to show a new freelance editor his/her specific software setup.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Locating some of the remote session controls, such as scaling options, is at times a treasure hunt in the interface. I also had some stable connections that went dead in the middle and this is frustrating when having a design review, which is focused. An issue that has been a persistent microaggression has been getting the exact pressure settings of my tablet to work with the remote connection.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using TeamViewer, to transmit large and complex design project files to distant clients, it was common to upload giant archives with cloud services and this was always slow and versioning a nightmare. It also occurred to me that I would need to thoroughly synchronize certain fonts and software versions to my laptop in case of working at home. My work space anywhere now is pretty much my studio computer on steroids. This will imply that clients can physically track my lead on their screen, or I can directly enter the special project folder arrangement of the client. It has streamlined our group work procedure to a lot more fluid and less technical meltdown.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

Teamviewer is very useful to connect to my friends and clients remotely and control their device from a remote location. It is very easy to setup, you just have to share your unique id and password. I use it once a week.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Although it is free for limited period, the cost is very high and the performance is also not good when the connection is bad/slow. And the free version has many limitations.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So me and my client live at very different places and they are far away. So to discuss about a project or resolve any issues it is very frustrating to meet in-person everytime as we have to a lot of travelling. Teamviewer helps us to connect remotely and discuss remotely.

I like how quick and easy it is to connect to another devices, even across long distance. The connection is stable, the interface is user-friendly, and i don't need much setup to start helping someone remotely. It saves a lot of time when troubleshooting issues or giving support.

The pricing can be bit high for occasional use, and sometimes time connection takes a few tries to stabilize. Also, it occasionally flags non-commercial use incorrectly, which can be frustrating.

Teamviewer allows us to quickly and securely connect to another device and take control. We can provide quick remote support to our clients and users. It is very easy to set up and is available for all devices and I can quickly enter my partner's ID and get access to their devices. One of my favorite features is to handle multiple support session requests at once and it is easy to switch.

The only issue I encounter is the connectivity issue as everything depends on our network strength and end-user network strength. if there is a connectivity issue on any end, it makes the session very slow and it starts lagging.

For me, the best thing is the quick and reliable remote access experience. TeamViewer is a day to day tool to get our spread out team on via device and it always works reliable. All I need is a few moments to connect to another person’s desktop, wherever they may be. It also integrates well with our ticketing system, hence making the process of recording of support incidents easier and faster. The intuitive design allows non-technical coworker to control rudimentary remote sessions by themselves.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

For small teams, it could be very expensive, and it gets pesky when you’re marked for ‘commercial use’ on personal profiles. And when the network is unstable, a series of troubleshooting can get slowed down by a series of lags. While latency is not their greatest worry, it can mess with your productivity especially during emergencies.

Now, we can attend to IT needs at a distance, fixing the problem of need to be on site. Having numerous locations, we’ve moved all our IT services to off-site operations, drastically curtailed our need for travel and freed up time. This capacity of ours to address problems very quickly and reducing the disruptions on the relatively employees has improved a lot. Our non-technical workers benefit much as we can show them fixes as we work them out in real time. It has made our IT processes, much streamlined and less troublesome.

I like the ability to resume a connection with a single click, we can easily switch between different servers. You can transfer files by simply dragging and dropping them. I love the side panel that displays all your files. Its macro feature is great for performing tasks.

It should be compatible with more platforms, but I sometimes experience lag when connection to specific servers. There isn't much documentation available, and some setting are difficult to find.

The best thing about TeamViewer is being able to connect to remote devices and help my clients or working with my team in general. Fast troubleshooting and sharing files is one of the biggest time efficiency benefits in this tipe of processes. I also appreciate the fact that is able to remove geographic barriers allowing me to assist anyone, regardless of where they are, regardless of scheduling an in-person session. It has turned into a core tool for the smooth and quick collaboration on ‘our’ daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Teams often complain about Team Viewer not being very stable in connection, especialy when it is in the high traffic time. Which can be frustrating as it can lead to remote sessions being interrupted or slow just trying to resolve urgent issues. Furthermore, I feel the interface is often crowded, and it has a few more steps involved to actually reach my featured functions when I am debugging. That sometimes makes the process slower than it should be and has resulted in inefficiency when working under deadline.

My main problem with physical distance is solved by TeamViewer. It allows me to remotely access and control other systems so that I can respond and give immediate support in case of technical issues. I love its organization, it's extremely easy to connect to a remote PC. It has very important features, it's been our primary remote support tool. It's focused on working as needed, and the process of connecting to a client's accounts is very easy.

There were issues with file transfers or delays, and sometimes it's difficult to sync with my calendar. Some tasks can take a long time if you have connection issues on some machines.

The streaming app doesn't connect properly, sometimes it has some errors when used in no-screen mode. Initial setup for new users ca be a bit tricky.

I have been using Teamviewer personally since Ver3, so I have seen a lot of changes. As I do a massive amount of remote work (some sites are over12hrs away and very remote in the Australian Outback!), having remote access that does not fail is essential. 

I use Teamviewer daily as most of my machines have a need to be interfaced daily for adds, moves, & changes

The ability to have a personalised remote Quick Support module (complete with our company colours and logo!) to send a link for a customer to download and have them notify us when they need support makes any company look more professional.

We integrate Teamviewer access as part of the procedure hen programming up new remote devices. Implementation 

Also, when dealing with Teamviewer Tech support, I have never had any issues with contacting them and having issues addresses. I highly recommend them to anyone

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

The downside to Teamviewer is that you now need to have an account (free or paid)  to connect to another device.

Remote access to devices onsite where we don't have VPN access. This saves a site visit if we have to troubleshoot or impement changes on a handset that we only have to make a quick change on

With TeamViewer we have gained a lot of time in productivity, using the program is super easy, file transmission is also. TeamViewer is simple and easy to use by technicians. It is an easy and useful application for connecting with people out of my reach due to distance.

This is a tool that requires a stable connection, otherwise the remote will be slow. Also, file transfers are slow at times. Finally, sometimes there my be duplication of computers.
