I like that it's been widely adopted for its practicality, facilitating secure and efficient remote access. We can easily connect to office computers, which is particularly useful in terms of work. The app makes it easy to access another PC's screen remotely.

The app works exceptionally well when the connection is stable, otherwise, the experience will be somewhat negative. It can sometimes be unstable during a session.

The platform helps us reduce response time, it's a secure method for maintaining consistency among users. Work is easily accessible, and we can connect and access another PC or server.

Sometimes it doesn't seem to work as well as it should, if there are version differences someone has to update, occasionally I will accidentally close the session instead of closing a window and there is no confirmation if you want to close the program.

It's allowing me to work on customers products remotely. Allowing me to provide more timely and better support.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

For me, the best thing is the quick and reliable remote access experience. TeamViewer is a day to day tool to get our spread out team on via device and it always works reliable. All I need is a few moments to connect to another person’s desktop, wherever they may be. It also integrates well with our ticketing system, hence making the process of recording of support incidents easier and faster. The intuitive design allows non-technical coworker to control rudimentary remote sessions by themselves.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

For small teams, it could be very expensive, and it gets pesky when you’re marked for ‘commercial use’ on personal profiles. And when the network is unstable, a series of troubleshooting can get slowed down by a series of lags. While latency is not their greatest worry, it can mess with your productivity especially during emergencies.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now, we can attend to IT needs at a distance, fixing the problem of need to be on site. Having numerous locations, we’ve moved all our IT services to off-site operations, drastically curtailed our need for travel and freed up time. This capacity of ours to address problems very quickly and reducing the disruptions on the relatively employees has improved a lot. Our non-technical workers benefit much as we can show them fixes as we work them out in real time. It has made our IT processes, much streamlined and less troublesome.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

TeamViewer is the most feature-packed remote support solution on the market. It's also the fastest and more responsive solution of all I've tested and used in my 24 years professional life. It's very reliable and very intuitive too.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

While TeamViewer is one of the best remote support solution, it's also the most expensive of all. In fact it's so expensive that it's barely not accessible to small businesses with limited budget. The other professional remote support solution may be way less expensive than TeamViewer even if they are not as good.

TeamViewer give access to screen sharing and remote support to all company's computer who are now used in a hybrid business environnment where employees are working from both home all accross Canada or in our physical offices.

It's easy to use with just a few lines of commands and can be very useful for testing different operating systems. I love its level of security, and I like that it uses a powerful data transfer protocol. It's an incredible tool for easy connectivity.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

It's an excellent tool at a very affordable price. Overall, I haven't had a bad experience with the service. So far, I haven't found anything I don't like about this tool.

Simply downloading this tool has provided me with significant benefits. It has allowed me to remotely control PC screen with ease. It helps us share our computer screen with our counterparts, allowing us to remotely connect to any computer without any hassle.

  ### 17. Beware: No Refund, No Ethics, Just EULA Excuses

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

I connected a few times during the whole subscription term and then did not need it. Well, I did connect but that is the only thing I expect from Teamviewer, right?

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to renew — I requested a refund the very next day, without having used the service. Their response? Robotic references to the EULA and refusal to show any flexibility.

This is deliberate, profit-driven neglect of customers, and I'm not alone — many reviews echo the same experience.
TeamViewer used to be a trusted name. Now it's just another predatory company hiding behind fine print.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamviewer is not currently solving anything  -because I don't use it- despite they extended my subscription without my consent and took my money.

I like the web interface, it offers access to multiple systems from a single console. It allows you to constantly monitor the remote device, I love the terminal access. It's very easy to work with this simple tool. What I like most about it is the ease of remote control.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Speed depends on bandwidth, sometimes it slowed down a bit. There's a delay in establishing a session, it needs some option to notify you if the computer is offline.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best thing about this tool is the time savings. This utility is primarily used to establish a remote connection. It reduces remote troubleshooting time and makes it very easy to work remotely with different systems. Computer management has been simplified.

**What do you like best about TeamViewer?**

It is a great tool for connecting remotely with my team and working on same board. I like how fats it transfer design files between computers. It allow me to connect to the designer desktop from anywhere and I can easily edit file from virtual access. It is reliable and good in security for protect our data.

**What do you dislike about TeamViewer?**

Sometime it takes little more time to connect but it is not a big issue I guess and perfectly fit for our organization needs.

**What problems is TeamViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to get the full access of design team desktop and allow me to modify the required changes in design files. We use it everyday for making changes, updating excels, training sessions and many more. It makes our design process better and finish projects quickly without needing to be in same place.

It's very easy compared to other similar platforms. I like the ability to access remote systems and update. They have a lot of relevant information that solves my problems. I like that the support center is easily accessible. The articles available are very helpful.

There's not a single feature of this tool I don't like, and I haven't had any significant issues during my time using it. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

The remote support tool is easy to use, and they are highly knowledgeable about resolving any issue. It offers extensive desktop control capabilities, allowing us to quickly transfer files whenever necessary.
