Overall, my experience with 1E A TeamViewer Company has been positive. However, I found that the initial setup and configuration can be somewhat complex, especially for those new to the platform. Some of the more advanced features also demand a certain level of technical expertise to use effectively. I have noticed occasional connectivity delays when managing a large number of devices at once. Despite these challenges, once the system is fully configured, the platform operates reliably and lives up to expectations.

**What do you like best about Teamviewer DEX?**

1E has significantly saved time for our IT team. Its automation features enable us to resolve common issues across hundreds of endpoints almost instantly, which has greatly reduced our ticket volume. We also benefit from real-time visibility into device health, allowing us to take proactive measures rather than just reacting to problems. I highly recommend it to any IT organization aiming to boost efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Teamviewer DEX?**

Because the platform is so feature-rich, there is a significant learning curve to master all the advanced automation scripting and custom dashboard creation. It's an investment of time, but it pays off once you are proficient.

**What problems is Teamviewer DEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to shift from waiting for users to complain to proactive issue resolution. The platform provides real-time diagnostics and health scores, so we can fix issues like low disk space or a high CPU process before the employee is even impacted.
The Autonomous Remediation is fantastic. We’ve automated fixes for our top 10 recurring issues, which has drastically reduced the number of Level 1 tickets. This has directly lowered our overall IT operational costs and freed up service desk staff for more complex work.
Before, a user saying their laptop was "slow" was subjective. Now, we have a verifiable Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Score that measures device stability, app performance, and user sentiment. This helps us justify hardware upgrades and target specific departments for improvement with real data.

What I like best about 1E A TeamViewer is its smooth and secure remote access. It’s really easy to connect with devices from anywhere, and the speed is impressive even on low bandwidth. The user interface is simple, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users. It saves a lot of time in troubleshooting and providing remote support.

Sometimes the connection drops for a few seconds, especially when the internet speed fluctuates. Also, the license cost can feel a bit high for small teams or startups. Apart from that, the overall experience is very smooth and reliable.

I work in the BFSI domain, and in this context, 1E has been instrumental in helping us manage multiple peripherals and connected devices. **What do you like best about Teamviewer DEX?**

In my opinion the 1E Platform is likely the fastest and most advanced automation\remediation currently in the market. Implementaion on-prem vs SaaS are both easy while scaling it to an inreased demand is seamless.

We have utilized the platform extensively for four years now and from all our initiatives only perhaps 1% of the time the Platform cannot deliver, and 99% of the time its due to limitations elsewhere within a application or operating system.

The language is easy to use as its basicaly SQL lite, it intergrates natively with ServiceNow and other systems via its restful API.

**What do you dislike about Teamviewer DEX?**

2nd tier customer support can sometimes be slow due to the fast pace of development from being a market leader in DEX\Automation.

**What do you like best about Teamviewer DEX?**

I mostly enjoy 1E to enhance our SCCM infrastracture. I think is a very good addition in order to get rid of distribution points and this saves a lot of time and money. Also the inventory integration is really easy and help with inside reporting. We are using 1E on a daily basis and the implementation was easy. Their customer support is also on point and always ready to help us with any idea that we have.

That people are not using it more inside the company, it definatly needs time investment into the PR of it in order to be sure that the full capacity is used by your administrators, especially in a large company.

The 1E tool simplifies the solution as per the business requirement. Tachyon suite looks impressive and promising. We have just upgraded our infra from 1E Nomad to Tachyon.

It's not a significant dislike but sometimes, some support cases takes time to resolve the issue. So if this resolution time can be faster, it would be helpful to everyone.

**What do you like best about Teamviewer DEX?**

Very helpful, Very easy to deal with.  When we opened a case for an issue, 1E Support quickly answered, and almost every problem was fixed during the call.
The online train has been great and can easily be rewatched for a refresher, as needed.
The speed and easy of use of the tool has and still does frequently amaze and shock me

**What do you dislike about Teamviewer DEX?**

All of the problems we have had with 1E have nothing to actually do with 1E at all.  They have all been internal issues for example defending the expenditure for the products we hold.   Changes other teams have made caused things like Pxe Everywhere to fail repeatedly.

The only real complaint is the lack of reporting from Tachyon.  so we can easily show its actual worth off to senior management without tons of outside reporting.  so just out-of-the-box reporting and dashboards would be fantastic!

Security - Patching attempting to improve on the 90% and moving the needle to achieve 95% plus on patching.
Improving MECM client health, we have seen a much better adaptation of applications, updates and just general MECM Client health due to Tachyon GS rules/policies
Since implementing Nomad 2 years ago, we have not had one networking interruption at sites that used to experience them every time MS updates were deployed or large applications were deployed.

**What do you like best about Teamviewer DEX?**

1E helped our organization to maintain a baseline for managing workstations. Initially, we used it to overcome the high bandwidth utilization issue by enabling SSD, but eventually, we enabled Nomad, Experience, PXE Everywhere and all other modules, and we must say the instructions and GS rules are very efficient to remediate client issues.

**What do you dislike about Teamviewer DEX?**

1E support is not very quick responsive. The hotfix published by 1E is having some known issues while installation, but 1E is less attentive to publish bugfixes. Configuration could have been a bit easier.

**What problems is Teamviewer DEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First of all, it helped a lot to fix the bandwidth issue for our organization by enabling SSD.
PXE is also very good feature to bypass the traditional PXE enabled DP.
Nomad precaching solved a huge gap with traditional MS peer caching.
The instruction set and GS rules helped to remediate many client health issues.

1e are a pleasure to work with. They listened to our requirements and studied our use cases to understand how best to help us. I felt like they supported us to achieve the best results for us they could.

There is a lot of integration to be done, with a lot of engine training to be completed before you are truly up and running, so we spent a lot of time ironing out kinks before realising benefit.

Our main problem was an inventory of hardware and how our users interacted with it. Tachyon's biggest selling point was its automated fix, guaranteed state. Reducing colleague's needs to call the desk was a big pain point for us and one we really focused on in the business case

1E is a technology company offering several solutions that perform various activities.  My preferred tool is Tachyon;  I call it a Swiss army knife because it has many applications.

The tools of 1E are very powerful, but you need, or needed, good technical people to get the maximum value out of it.  In the last two years, they worked on making the UI more user-friendly and more accessible

1E Tachyon being able to communicate and perform queries or actions on all corporate computers outside of our firewall, and the speed in which we get reults returned.

There are new patches released often, which isn't a bad thing, but we have historically had issues when trying to upgrade our software to a new major version. They have been good about working with us to get everything functional again if we have problems after the upgrade.

Previously, the computers would completely disappear from our radar when they were not connected to the corporate network directly from an office or through VPN.

**What do you like best about Teamviewer DEX?**

In working with the 1E sales and support teams over the past several years, I have found them to be both professional and very supportive.  They have provided us with demonstrations and two separate Proof of Concepts (POCs), both free of charge, that have enabled us to delve into their product offerings.   Through the POCs we have been able to investigate their Tachyon, Nomad, Experience and AppClarity products within our environment. This has helped us to verify, through real-world data, the value for money provided to our department that we can expect from procuring and implementing all four of these products.  This value was also evident to our senior management and they correspondingly approved our funding requests.

**What do you dislike about Teamviewer DEX?**

Although Shared Services Canada (SSC) themselves have procured and are utilizing 1E's products, at present the procurement of 1E within the Canadian Federal Government requires sole source justification.  This requires additional documentation and administrative overhead, adds time to the procurement process due to SSC's RFQ step, and also carries the risk that SSC may deny the sole source request.  That said, we have been successful in procuring and renewing several 1E products over the past several years and the products' benefits are certainly worth this effort.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamviewer DEX:**

Take advantage of the opportunity to perform an on-premise POC and ensure to include senior management in the review phase.

**What problems is Teamviewer DEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been leveraging 1E's Nomad product for the past several years to help us to minimize the network impact of deploying applications, patches and operating systems.  This has been especially helpful in light of our hybrid working environment, where we have a large number of clients working remotely and therefore pulling their content via our Internet pipe.  Nomad's real-time intelligent bandwidth management and threshold setting options have enabled us to continue to maintain our fleet of devices while at the same time minimizing the impact on our Internet firewall's limited bandwidth. 

We look forward to leveraging 1E's AppClarity product to help us get a handle on our software licensing, which at present is tracked through spreadsheets and is difficult to maintain. 

Tachyon (in addition to its Efficiency Server component which also supports Experience and AppClarity)  will help us to empower our front-line staff to quickly remediate our client's technical issues via automated fixes. This reduces the time required and the impact of the agent remotely connecting to the client's device to resolve their issue. 

1E's Experience software was a key component of our most recent POC and proved its ability to provide helpful insight into applications and client endpoints' performance, stability and responsiveness.  This will be a powerful tool in helping to prioritize our lifecycle resources as well as to be more proactive in addressing our client's application and device issues.

Tachyon as a tool needs to mature. Even though it has a lot of useful info, some basic things like options to export data, etc are missing. 
A long way to go if Tachyon wants to be the leader in the experience management space.  Some  1E support agents are good and some needs improvement.
