We love the ability to regulate our PowerPoint material for the firm with a tool that is so easily adopted by employees of all ages. TeamSlide has given our small firm the ability to consolidate our best marketing material from different expertise groups within the firm, while also making it easy for a small core team to manage content for consistency and accuracy. A downside for our firm is that slides do not feed into TeamSlide in the same order as we have them in the source decks if any updates have been made - the slide(s) most recently updated appear at the top. The workaround is simple, copy/pasting the whole deck back in, but it's still an extra step we have to take any time a slide in the source deck is edited. 1) For now the integration is only feasible with Microsoft Office but need to enhance this feature and it should integrate with other platforms as well.

I like that I can quickly find slides when I type in a keyword. I don't have to go searching or remember what deck I saw a certain slide in. I also enjoy the tutorials and support we get from the staff at TeamSlide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How the admin portal is easy to use and configure, and does not require a lot of technical knowledge to set it up. The tool makes it easy to retrieve resources really fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can within 30 seconds build a slide deck pulling in various tagged slides I need.
While in a presentation with a client, I can stop sharing and quickly find any other slides I need, and add them into the presentation. We have it integrated with SharePoint as our preferred storage platform, and I use this on a daily basis. Having a place for all curated slides, that lets you rapidly get them RIGHT in POWERPOINT, with tagging/search/etc. is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not setup single sign on, so I have to maintain a separate login for it. It remains signed in for a long time but occasionally (probably after some office update) it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that we can easily share commonly used slides and graphics across the team without needing to leave Powerpoint. Our Teamslide rep is extremely responsive, which is amazing! He helped us get set up and is always around to help us with technical problems. He will even just reach out periodically to see how things are going.

New slides created within a presentation will not carry over the theme/template. You have to start a new presentation from the POTX template file, which had to be manually shared as a download across the org and then delete slides you don't need and replace them with ones loaded into Teamslide. I find that starting a blank presentation and using the Themes option, which is prebuilt into Powerpoint, is easier. I just Browse for the POTX file on my computer and use that as the Theme. Then I can create whatever I need with all of our manually-made template slide options. I use Teamslide for company graphics and I imagine my coworkers use them here and there, but I think what we THOUGHT Teamslide would be is more like what Templates does for us. TeamSlide will make your job much easier if you're big into presentations. Pre-built templates and a knowledge depository are the 2 main features I loved about it.
