Teampassword is user-friendly, secure, and provides a simple way to share login details within an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The premium plan should allow for unlimited users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to store and share passwords among the team. I also like that there's an area to include notes as well. Super easy to use, and I don't have to spend time thinking about it. Just log in and get to work Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing. This product is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teampassword's user interface is straightforward and makes for almost seamless sharing between teammates. My favorite feature is the Chrome extension that functions well when it comes time to insert login details automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I enjoy the Chrome extension at times, it freezes when putting in new password details. More often than not, you need to open the desktop page to update details. Also, there tends to be a little more friction than anticipated when logging through my Gmail account. Regardless, the solution does provide a very secure solution at a great price. I like the straightforward UI, which makes TeamPassword easy to use- I got set up in just a few minutes. I also like the easy browser plugin (I'm using the Chrome extension). And I like that they pay close attention to security, which I do look for in password management software. They offer secure features like 2FA, complex password generation, and audit logging, and they regularly scan their own systems for any viruses or vulnerabilities. Their hosting provider is also accredited with multiple cybersecurity standards. So although I assume nothing is ever foolproof, I do feel reasonably secure using this platform. I haven't found much to dislike about it yet. A mobile app would be convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is designed for password sharing across remote teams - perfect for our remotely scattered SaaS company. It's also got the best practices in individual password encryption (unlike many others) but lets you be productive (without changing your UI every week like some of the more prevalent, predatory tools). It doesn't have fingerprint authentication, like some of the native google or apple keychains - but to have a secure team sharing environment I'm happy to make that sacrifice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I don't need to waste time thinking about a complex password that I never remember! Teampassword generates passwords no one would ever guess! And I also don't need to create a Master password like other password tools. I can simply log in with my Gmail account. The Chrome extension also allows me to search for the login details, and it simply fills in the details, no need to type anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that I dislike is the fact that I need to log in with Gmail every new day I use the tool. It would be great if it scans my fingerprint for password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the browser plugin, it's so easy to access my passwords and get them right into my login fields. I can save other things such as 2FA creds, secret questions, and billing addresses as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In order to add new people to my team I have to use the browser application, I can't do it in the browser plugin. It'd be great if I could do everything in the browser plugin. However, I don't add new users that often, so it's not a huge hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to use Google passwords before but it only worked on Chrome, and I also use Safari so it was super annoying that everything stayed in Chrome but with Teampassword now I can use both browsers and share the passwords with my team.
+1 for being PCI compliant and having small business-friendly pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they could offer the app in Japanese as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Google Chrome extension is incredibly useful and has cut down my time hunting down passwords. Great for sharing passwords securely across teams, and its intuitive suggestions based on the page is so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While great for straightforward passwords, kind of clunky for other kinds of information like credit card info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
